The dress instructions did say not to steam it -- something I didn't think to mention because steaming was NEVER discussed, NEVER agreed upon & was NOT included on my receipt. When I saw the damage, I was devastated. She admitted to steaming the dress several times because she thought it would get better. The dress was so badly ruined I had to buy another dress! She showed ZERO remorse and offered no solutions. After a few discussions she verbally agreed to reimburse me for a replacement dress, then refused the next day and has ignored all communication since. Incredibly unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. I strongly DO NOT recommend using her services.

It was $12 for unlined pants and $15 for lined pants, and I believe the cost is worth the quality product I received.

He came out from the back and I explained to him I had spoken to him about measuring my daughter and that he had told me to come in. He said, "Yes. I'll measure her. $10." I asked him if it was $10 JUST TO MEASURE HER. He said yes. I told him thank you, but no. We weren't going to pay him to spend two minutes to measure her. He let us leave. I walked back into his shop after my daughter (17) and my son got in the car. I told him that when I spoke with him the day before, he made NO MENTION of the charge. He said, "well, that's too bad." I said it was bad business and he said that he didn't care and walked away. I will never recommend him and, in fact, will tell others not to waste their time. The store was empty--it's not like he was ignoring other customers. How hard would it have been to measure her and hope we'd come back for something else? I can promise you we'll never go back there again now.
