Shout out to Robert, who helped take care of my check engine light after replacing the thermostat cooler, and replacing my ABS sensor on the driver safe for roughly $400. I believe it was fair pricing and well worth the investment. I'm not able to pass my vehicle inspection for my 2018 Dodge Charger. Now that the check engine light is gone, I can even auto start my car, it's been a whilleeee since I've been able to do that! Thanks again Robert! Today I needed to have my Rotors and front brakes checked and after reading such positive reviews of this business , I decided to give them a try. I phoned and spoke to Robert who explained to me all I needed to confidently have them replace (not turned) my Rotors as it was my choice. I spoke with John who was very helpful answering any additional questions, and with a kind and cheery attitude provided me a ride home in a prompt manner since I was welcome to remain in Office with Coffee and T.V. for the time necessary to complete the job or be taken home and later picked up when my Vehicle was ready. I chose to go home and within a few hours, my Vehicle was ready, John called me and advised me on his way , since I am local, he arrived in short order and took me back. I can only say that this is my first experience with this place and should I need more work on my Vehicle in the future, I will not hesitate to make an appointment and have these great guys take care of my issues. I was greeted by John's employee, didn't get his name, and explained that my "low tire indicator" was lit. He told me that John was on another job at the time and to have a seat. After about 10 minutes the gentleman I spoke with came out of the office and said that he would take a look at the problem. He came back and told me that he couldn't find a puncture on any of the tires and that he filled them with air and the "low tire indicator" was still lit. He then came back and told me after running his "reader" that the problem indicated on the "read" was a tire sensor problem and that I would need to replace it and it was replaced. Before I brought my car into JTB I read the reviews, as I'm new to the area, and found the reviews to be spot on accurate. Not only did the gentleman and John provide great customer service; they both kept me informed as to what they were doing and what needed to be done. The price for the repair was reasonable and I really appreciated their honesty. When I asked John about tires for my car, he took the time to explain that there were different prices for "name" brands. I explained that I was financially limited on what I could spend. He then went out and looked at what was on the car and said he carried that particular brand. He asked me if I was pleased with their performance I said yes and informed him that the tires came with the car when I bought it in 2014. John said that he would look up the price and call me later; true to his word by the time I reached my home he had called with a price. On my way from the Bay Area to drop my son off at college in Phoenix my son's truck lost all brake fluid near Little Rock. High Desert Towing recommended John's instead of a shop I had contacted waiting for a tow, and it turned out to be a blessing. John quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately tried to order the part, but it couldn't make it same day. I was extremely happy with the service I received ! My car was making a terrible sound and I knew I needed to do something about it. I had never taken a car in to be repaired before (that's my husband department). So, I worried, I prayed, I researched , and that's what lead me to John's. They were very kind and honest, and showed me the problem. Tony did a great job explaining what needed to be done. Only a couple hours later and the repairs where finished. My car hasn't ran so good in a while and it didn't break the bank. ! Talk about honesty, my AC went out and I was told by another company, Firestone in San Bernardino, that it needed major, costly repaisrs. Without me even asking, Tony took a look at it and confirmed that some of the repairs Firestone was claiming were not necessary. I had been taking my car to John for 2 years and work was done well but this last go around I went in and took my car to them they worked on the car and replaced the piece that needed to be replaced BUT the piece they replaced was defective so they told me to pay again for time and labor to take the defective piece out and replace once again this is not good business practice if you work on a vehicle and replace a piece and the pieces still not working because it's defective and they tell you the piece is defective the shop shop replace the part John has become someone that you can't fully trust pls don't trust him with you vehicle because if he does do something wrong the first time he won't make it right I use to trust him but this has been really a bad bad experience and I would hate another person to experience this I paid for a service and it wasn't fixed do to a part and now I'm down 300 bucks don't let this shop rob you John I really hope you change you practices because you lost a good customer and I hope everyone reading this will take what I have to say to heart pls DO NOT LET THIS SHOP WORK ON YOUR CAR PLS read more

This week I was driving from LA back to Vegas when I got a flat tire! I looked on my phone and luckily John's was 3 miles away, barely making it, I rolled in and was greeted by (I think his name was Josh). He was so nice! Well I took my car in to the smog shop to get the smog done and it did not pass. So I brought it over to Johns tires and brakes in Little Rock California, and John said I needed a new carburetor, because the one in the car is toast. John always goes that extra mile to show you what part is not working and shows you how it is supposed to work. John could of ordered a more expensive carburetor to get more money out of me, but this man is so honest, he told me that I did not need the more expensive one because the one he suggested would do a better job and use less fuel. So I drove back to the smog shop and again it did not pass. I called John and gave him the news and he told me to bring it back to him...to make a long story short, a new egr was installed and it passed the smog with flying colors. I asked John how much I owed him and he said some off the wall high number...I didn't even bat an eye. I said "ok" and pulled out my credit card. John started laughing and said "I am joking". It was abundantly less than his joke and his quote before he started the work. I told John "John you could of said it was a million dollars and I would have believed you because you are that honest of a person". His response to me was I am glad you trust me so highly". Johns work is second to none, and if you have a question about any of the work he or his worker "Tony" does, he will answer any and all of your questions until you are comfortable knowing what he's going to do on your car.
