Showed up as a walk in.. They changed my exhaust tips and deleted the muffler. Owners were very professional and were really giving attention to detail.. They explained what can and I can't install in my car. The office is a good place to chill while they're working on your car. Just took like 20-25 minutes average waiting time before it was my car's turn. Service was excellent! Highly recommend! Will definetly come back if i need some work on my car and will recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you Eastside Muffler

I arrived at 8am to got 2 oxygen sensors replaced on my 94 Ford Explorer. The guys customer service was great! Within 1 hour, the work was finished. The cost was reasonable and I was satisfied with the experience. Now I am ready to visit Palmdale Smog Test (next door) to get my smog re test. read more

I called Eastside Muffler to get a price on installing a stainless cat back exhaust for my car. They quoted a great price, and got me into the bay and on the rack within 10 minutes of me arriving. The whole staff was polite and friendly. Joe, the technician who installed my exhaust did a great job and even asked questions on my preferences as he was installing it. My aftermarket exhaust tip required the bumper to be cut, and he did an excellent job trimming out only what was needed. The cut was very clean and not noticeable that the bumper didn't come from the factory that way. Even a few tack welds in spots so the components didn't come loose (the kit only came with bolt on clamps). Thanks Joe and Eastside staff! read more

Beverly Hills prices in Palmdale. I was recommended here to get some work done. After getting a quote i realized it's double the price. Went down the street got it done for half the price. Be realistic dude, and don't be too cocky you're not a doctor you're a welder. read more

I recently took my '07 Ford F-150 to Angel at Eastside muffler thinking that I was having issues with my catalytic converter. I left the vehicle with Angel and he ended up calling me back and letting me know that the issue wasn't my catalytic converters. It was a separate issue. That right there is complete honesty. I may not need my cat done right now but I would recommend Angel no problem. He is an honest, hard-working businessman that deserves all our business. read more

They made quick and efficient work out of the removal of the stock system and installation of the new system. Ran around getting Quotes from many different auto shops (Firestone, Hi-Tech, Elite, Mr T's) for getting my entire front end suspension redone on my g35. Quotes ranged from $900-$2000. Some shops saying it would take 18 HOURS to finish ! The average Labor time being around 10 hours !!! i came to EastSide Muffler and got it done for $430 including the alignment !! Better yet , i used a 15% coupon and paid $365 out the door!!! COME TO EASTSIDE ! but come early, they are very popular and even if you come 10 minutes before they open, they might still have a handful of cars before you. read more

I found this place through Yelp as they have 5 stars and I will tell you the 5 stars are true to that. From the first phone call with Angel to the end of the service to my vehicle, everyone I encountered there was polite, courteous, and professional. The job for my car was a tedious one but they promised it would be done the same day and they did it. They even worked after their closing time to get it done. My check engine light was on and the error had the catalytic converter code. I had them investigate the issue and they ran some checks. They were very honest about what I needed and quick. There's a glass window between the shop and sitting area so you can see what they're doing. The 5 star reviews drew me in and are well deserved. read more

Took my truck in for a simple muffler repair told me about 2 hrs. After 5 hours I'm still waiting. Then told me they did extra work which was a lie. The broken Hanger they were asked to fix was still broke when they said it was done. Had to go back! Won't go there I don't recommend them at all. read more

Eastside Muffler was established in 1984. It has been under current ownership since 1999 by two brothers, Gabriel & Joe Santiago. Eastside Muffler specializes in custom exhaust systems for both import and domestic vehicles. We also sell and install aftermarket performance parts, suspensions, wheels, tires, engines, accessories, and much more. Being distributors for many major performance companies allows us to offer the latest parts for very competitive prices. Eastside Muffler is one of the original shops to bring import performance parts to the AV. Not only does Eastside bring you the latest trends, we also help create them.

I've never had any issues with any of my classic cars he's worked on and believe me he knows classic cars very well. In Feb 2024 my Chevy Silverado blew the rear differential and I took it to Felipe. He recommended that since I needed to replace the 373 differential I should put in a 456 instead. It cost me a couple $$ more but boy am I glad I listened to him. My 2008 Chevy never towed or ran more efficiently and on less gas then it does now. To those 2 haters that left a bad review was probably cuz they didn't listen to his recommendations that he told them. They do it all, from oil changes to full motor installation. Very honest and up front. They will tell you and charge you according to the job. They will beat everyone's price. When you're there you'll see these guys are always busy, because people know and appreciate the work and honesty. My wife drove my car this week and said she had a hard time with it breaking. I took it to them not knowing what it could be. (Another mechanic could have said the breaks need changing it the master cylinder needs to be replaced). Javier asked me to leave the car with him and that he would heck it out. I received a phone call from him later in the evening. He told me that he didn't see anything ering with it. He drive the car and aside from a small adjustment he made to the rear breaks, the car was good to go. The charge you ask? I hadn't lived in So. Cal. for 17 years and was apprehensive about auto repair shops there, having been burned a few times. I needed a muffler bad and thought I should get one at a chain in case something went wrong after we returned to Washington. 'The reviews were terrible on the chain stores so I decided on Eastside. Gabe took me right in, quoted me an honest price and said I would be out in 30 minutes. I couldn't believe it, while I was waiting we had a great conversation with another gentleman and sure enough, 30 minutes later my car was done and the price was just what Gabe quoted me. Eastside Muffler is an excellent auto shop. I have been going there for years, pretty much ever since I got into customizing cars. All of the employees there are extremely friendly and were very patient when I had very simple questions about certain parts when I was just getting into the car scene. Everybody there is very down to earth. Their quotes are very fair and they have always finished the job on time or before they said they would. They know what they are doing and never try to cheat or overcharge their customers like some other shops...All of my custom work I have had done there has come out PERFECT! These guys are very knowledgeable and very fast workers. I've had them so work on all of my vehicles from having my exhaust modified to having brakes put on my vehicles. They have the ability to get parts at a decent price and they don't stick you on the labor charges. I am extremely pleased with Gabe and all the guys at eastside muffler!!!! They custom built a 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust for my chevy ii. The exhaust is one off and really looks nice. They made sure I was happy with the design and even though they had my car for a little longer than stated ,it was well worth the wait.If you are looking for a truly one of a kind custom built exhaust then eastside muffler is the shop for you. read more
