Showed up as a walk in.. They changed my exhaust tips and deleted the muffler. Owners were very professional and were really giving attention to detail.. They explained what can and I can't install in my car. The office is a good place to chill while they're working on your car. Just took like 20-25 minutes average waiting time before it was my car's turn. Service was excellent! Highly recommend! I arrived at 8am to got 2 oxygen sensors replaced on my 94 Ford Explorer. The guys customer service was great! Within 1 hour, the work was finished. The cost was reasonable and I was satisfied with the experience. Now I am ready to visit Palmdale Smog Test (next door) to get my smog re test. read more

I called Eastside Muffler to get a price on installing a stainless cat back exhaust for my car. They quoted a great price, and got me into the bay and on the rack within 10 minutes of me arriving. The whole staff was polite and friendly. Joe, the technician who installed my exhaust did a great job and even asked questions on my preferences as he was installing it. My aftermarket exhaust tip required the bumper to be cut, and he did an excellent job trimming out only what was needed. The cut was very clean and not noticeable that the bumper didn't come from the factory that way. Even a few tack welds in spots so the components didn't come loose (the kit only came with bolt on clamps). Thanks Joe and Eastside staff! read more

Beverly Hills prices in Palmdale. I was recommended here to get some work done. After getting a quote i realized it's double the price. Went down the street got it done for half the price. Be realistic dude, and don't be too cocky you're not a doctor you're a welder. read more

I recently took my '07 Ford F-150 to Angel at Eastside muffler thinking that I was having issues with my catalytic converter. I left the vehicle with Angel and he ended up calling me back and letting me know that the issue wasn't my catalytic converters. It was a separate issue. That right there is complete honesty. I may not need my cat done right now but I would recommend Angel no problem. He is an honest, hard-working businessman that deserves all our business. read more

Excellent service and very nice people here. We took our new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon to have a new Flowmaster Outlaw cat back system installed. They made quick and efficient work out of the removal of the stock system and installation of the new system. I found this place through Yelp as they have 5 stars and I will tell you the 5 stars are true to that. From the first phone call with Angel to the end of the service to my vehicle, everyone I encountered there was polite, courteous, and professional. The job for my car was a tedious one but they promised it would be done the same day and they did it. They even worked after their closing time to get it done. Ran around getting Quotes from many different auto shops (Firestone, Hi-Tech, Elite, Mr T's) for getting my entire front end suspension redone on my g35. Quotes ranged from $900-$2000. Some shops saying it would take 18 HOURS to finish ! The average Labor time being around 10 hours !!! i came to EastSide Muffler and got it done for $430 including the alignment !! Better yet , i used a 15% coupon and paid $365 out the door!!! COME TO EASTSIDE ! but come early, they are very popular and even if you come 10 minutes before they open, they might still have a handful of cars before you. read more

My check engine light was on and the error had the catalytic converter code. I had them investigate the issue and they ran some checks. They were very honest about what I needed and quick. There's a glass window between the shop and sitting area so you can see what they're doing. The 5 star reviews drew me in and are well deserved. read more

Took my truck in for a simple muffler repair told me about 2 hrs. After 5 hours I'm still waiting. Then told me they did extra work which was a lie. The broken Hanger they were asked to fix was still broke when they said it was done. Had to go back! Won't go there I don't recommend them at all. read more

Eastside Muffler was established in 1984. It has been under current ownership since 1999 by two brothers, Gabriel & Joe Santiago. Eastside Muffler specializes in custom exhaust systems for both import and domestic vehicles. We also sell and install aftermarket performance parts, suspensions, wheels, tires, engines, accessories, and much more. Being distributors for many major performance companies allows us to offer the latest parts for very competitive prices. My friend found their card on her windshield so I googled them & Their Facebook helped me make the decision of going over there for further questions. Immediately they were helpful. I first spoke with Juan (the owner) about completely replacing my headlights because the Kia dealership was trying to charge me $750 for the job, & Kia had told me It needed to be done because it was an internal issue with the lights, not just the bulbs. So I've been driving years basically with this knowledge and extremely dim headlights (I hardly drove at night so often I avoided this issue). Explaining the issue with Juan, he looked at the lights himself.. gave me all sorts of options depending if I was trying to just save money or if I really needed/wanted the entire thing replaced. He said he has 10 companies he works with as far as ordering new parts from. He called and called until he got the best affordable quote for me!! Right then and there! Didn't take long at all, he was able to get the headlights shipped in a day, so we made the appointment for the day after the shipment for first thing in the morning! I asked how long it would take, him and Alfonzo, (I believe was his name) the other man who does most of the handy work, said 2.5 hours. When I showed up for the appointment(8AM -when they open) their gates were opened and my headlights were out of the box under their work station, and they were both there on time completely ready to get started!!! They showed me the lights before beginning, just so I saw what was being put on my car. They parked my car and immediately Alfonzo got to work! I received my phone call, I kid you not 2.5 hrs. On the dot later, that it was all done and ready to be picked up!! When I drove away I noticed they even cleaned my windows and I think may have even washed my car, it looked so clean. I left before I got a chance to ask cuz they were busy with costumers. I couldn't be MORE happy with their work ethic and professionalism there! And couldn't believe the affordable price they gave me! I waited 1 week to write this review just to make sure everything stayed in place and I had no issues with the lights. I definitely will be back, and I will continue doing business with them in the future. 1 last thing to mention that is very important to me that is off the bat so noticeable and sorta unexpected since it's a car part place, was their cleanliness and how organized they looked!! That immediately as a costumer made me feel like my car was in good hands. Hope the pictures help you guys see their beautiful work! They did such an overall good job, they deserve this long detailed review! Lol My total cost : $250 - 2 completely Brand new headlights $120 - installation fee $80 - LED lights installed (optional upgrade) = $450 + Tax. - don't remember the exact total but i know it was still well under $500. They were well staffed, so it was easy to get help when I walked in. I was greeted by a friendly guy who directed me to the leather cleaners and conditioners. He answered all of my questions about the products and I purchased two bottles of what he recommended, which was exactly what I was looking for. BTW, there was one employee there who was speaking Spanish with a customer, and he appeared very helpful as well. Overall, this was a good customer experience!

It took them 5 weeks to do the job, by 5 weeks VV hadn't even cracked it open. A big FU to Valley Volkswagen!!

Time of receipt is 3:18pm. Return inside at 4:00pm as I had not received a call stating they were ready. Told they are still being worked on. I hang tight and at 4:15 ask for an update. Employee goes to the back and returns and says, "Mike says it will be about 30 minutes". Frustrated I go get my receipt to verify the purchase time and then return. Come back in and ask again and I am told "has it been 30 minutes already?" at which time I responded that I was told 30 minutes when I got there at 3:18 and it was now 4:47. The employee leaves again and tells me it will be 20 more minutes because one of my rotors is warped. Never mentioned it until now tells they did not even start the rotors for almost an hour. Finally leave the parking lot with the rotors at 5:00pm. Just remember if you go here 30 minutes is really 1 hour and 42 minutes in O'reilly time.

I hadn't lived in So. Cal. for 17 years and was apprehensive about auto repair shops there, having been burned a few times. I needed a muffler bad and thought I should get one at a chain in case something went wrong after we returned to Washington. 'The reviews were terrible on the chain stores so I decided on Eastside. Gabe took me right in, quoted me an honest price and said I would be out in 30 minutes. I couldn't believe it, while I was waiting we had a great conversation with another gentleman and sure enough, 30 minutes later my car was done and the price was just what Gabe quoted me. Eastside Muffler is an excellent auto shop. I have been going there for years, pretty much ever since I got into customizing cars. All of the employees there are extremely friendly and were very patient when I had very simple questions about certain parts when I was just getting into the car scene. Everybody there is very down to earth. Their quotes are very fair and they have always finished the job on time or before they said they would. They know what they are doing and never try to cheat or overcharge their customers like some other shops...All of my custom work I have had done there has come out PERFECT! These guys are very knowledgeable and very fast workers. I've had them so work on all of my vehicles from having my exhaust modified to having brakes put on my vehicles. They have the ability to get parts at a decent price and they don't stick you on the labor charges. I am extremely pleased with Gabe and all the guys at eastside muffler!!!! They custom built a 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust for my chevy ii. The exhaust is one off and really looks nice. They made sure I was happy with the design and even though they had my car for a little longer than stated ,it was well worth the wait.If you are looking for a truly one of a kind custom built exhaust then eastside muffler is the shop for you. read more

I had a hard to fine catalytic converter they were able to find it and was able to install it all in one day, and they gave me a great price. The customer service was great, I will be going back when i need future work done on my vehicle. keep up the good work guys!! read more
