I called Lake and Land and they were able to come out the following week for me. They quoted me $500 and $5 to order the plat map from the county. I was also informed the Surveyor would be coming between 9-2pm as well. Ryan arrived on the day of the appt and he got to work right away. I was curious what he found so I went outside to talk to him. He informed me the neighbors to the back is encroaching onto our property and for us to inform them. He also explain the legal process in case the neighbors refuse to remove their fence. The survey gave me a good understanding of where our property lines are and I would highly recommend them.
