I originally purchased a municipal water treatment system from Stellar Techs Home Service LLC and trusted that the installation had been completed properly. A couple of years later, a guest commented on the strong chlorine taste and odor in my water. Because I had always used flavor additives, I had never noticed the problem myself. When I finally tasted the water without additives, it was so unpleasant that I could barely swallow it. Since OnTime Service Pros had acquired Stellar Techs, I contacted them to investigate. Eric arrived promptly and quickly discovered that the municipal water treatment system had never been fully completed. He identified the issue, corrected it efficiently, and the improvement in my water quality has been remarkable. While he was here, Eric also repaired my garbage disposal and fixed a leaking toilet. I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the cost was to bring everything up to standard. Throughout the visit, Eric impressed me with his quick thinking, thoroughness, professionalism, and depth of knowledge. It is rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with honest and efficient service. Make sure you check other places to do your plumbing BEFORE going with On Time Service Pros. I have been a VIP with them for 8 years and didn't follow this advice in all that time, until now. I was disappointed with On Time Service Pros and their estimate to replace my kitchen faucet and while they were here they showed me corrosion under the bathroom sink as well. Jeremy said the bathroom would be $135 but he said he doesn't have the parts to do it now. After he looked at the faucet in the kitchen he quoted it would be $411 (after a $72 VIP discount). I said no way that is way to much to take the faucet off and put my supplied one on. He emailed me the kitchen quote and picture of the bathroom sink valve. I talked to the company after looking up a past receipt of installing a kitchen faucet in 2017 priced at 1/2 this price. She said "Our current faucet install price includes removal of the old unit, professional installation, test, cleanup and a full parts and labor warranty. Prices have increased since 2017 due to rising material and labor costs, but we remain committed to safe, high-quality service." I reminded her that I have the new faucet and it already has a warranty. She said "Even when a customer supplies the fixture, we stand behind the labor with a warranty to ensure peace of mind." So I went to another company that charged me $185 to replace the kitchen faucet, $125 to replace the corroded valve in bathroom and 1 part that leads to the valve in bathroom sink and 2 that leads to the valves in kitchen as part of the price. All of this for $310. Now I have peace of mind with Riverworks Plumbing in Red Wing that did the work for me. read more

We were in need of a new hot water heater and called On Time Service. Spoke to Katie and she was able to answer all our questions and book appointment for the next day. Bill arrived on time and was very professional,friendly and efficient. Explain everything we needed to know about the new heater. Removed the old heater and left the area cleaner than he found it.
