I do not think I could have been sent better people!! Seriously, Garrison and Mike have been super helpful! Garrison has been communicating very well as far as what they are doing, what to expect and their plans for the following day. He's been very empathetic and caring throughout this. I have a LOT of belongings and the majority have been destroyed. The worst part is, I was in the midst of unpacking before I left a month ago because I recently purchased this home. I have boxes of clothes, shoes, accessories, purses and so much more that are now trash. Mold on so many things. Due to the bed sitting in water, the legs have cracked, clothes on hangers in the closet smell like mold. It's a disaster. I was upset at the beginning because this is not what one wants to walk into. My plan was to unpack boxes, not pack up what I can salvage. Needless to say, IF you find yourself in need of a restoration company (which I hope you don't), you can't go wrong with Garrison and Mike. Very disappointed in the outcome as I was excited to be working with a small business.

The pricing was good overall but they charged $60 for a 2X4 when we did not even use the 3 sheets of plywood included in the contract. It was difficult to get completion photos from them but finally got them.
