After waiting 3 weeks for Lowes to call and set up an appointment to come out and measure, we cancelled them and went to Magnolia. We found what we had selected at lowes in their large showroom, paid the deposit and recieved a call the next day for someone to come out and measure. The gentleman was very polite and courteous, made his templates and left. The crew that came out a couple of weeks later were also very polite and took great pains to protect our floors as they worked. The laid pads out on the floors, were extremely careful, and cleaned up everything before leaving which is a rarity when dealing with contractors. The counters fit great and our expectations were exceeded ! In addition, we saved over $400 from what lowes quoted. If there was any negative at all, it was the fact that Magnolia charges an extra 3% if you use a credit card . We paid cash to save the $120 or so. All in all, we highly recommend them!

Their price for the quartz and granite countertops (kitchen, bathrooms) was even better than the previous company. They installed the countertops and they looked beautiful! A month later, we had a little coconut oil ring from a bottle left out overnight on a bathroom counter. A couple came in a few minutes later and was greeted by another saleswoman, they told her they were already working with someone so she smiled, turned her back and began working in the computer. Hmmm well so much for customer service. You only get one chance to make a first impression, this wasn't a good one. I waited politely and tried to gain her attention but she wasn't interested. I'll take my business and money elsewhere.

If you are building a custom home, this is NOT THE BUSINESS YOU WANT!!!! The owner is not experienced in working with custom homes. He even admitted that to me after we were in the midst of completing our home. He is rude and unorganized.....very unprofessional. When you call the office, nobody can tell you anything without going through him first. Problem is, he would not return a call most of the time. The "designer" who was helping us would not call back with an answer to any of our questions. Our cabinets were delayed causing other work to fall behind. A project that should have taken no longer than 9 months took 13 months, thanks partly to his company. The countertops were a nightmare....not cut to our specifications, and a huge ugly seam through the middle of one of my countertop areas. The company he uses is located in Chattanooga, and English is their second language, but some of the workers have not mastered our language. I am all for free enterprise, but don't send someone who is unable to communicate with the customer. We wanted someone else at that point, but was told by our builder that by law we must give them a second chance. They were redone and seemed ok. We have since found flaws in the workmanship and are waiting to be scheduled to have a rep repair the flaws. I am hoping this won't take 6 months or more. My advise is to seek other cabinet companies in the surrounding area. Take your time in deciding. I failed to do so and have been very disappointed.

Understandable.... 2nd issue, we personally went to a place they recommended and chose 2 slabs we liked.... After they cut them and installed 2 pieces of 4, I realized they cut it on the wrong side.... We had asked for the leather side and not the shiny side.... 3rd issue, they cut it to wrong size for over hangs .... Still dealing with this and the manager is saying, I gave you $500 off for cutting the wrong side.... They just want your money and have not heard back from them!!!

Century Flooring came up first and even though there was only one review at the time, the pictures of the completed floors were as a thousand words! Unbelievably stunning. I called and spoke with Franky Fofiu, owner of the company. He came out the next day and gave me his estimate. I hired him on the spot. Two days later, he and his employee, Albert, showed up and went to work. 8 hours later, a masterpiece had been installed (2 bedrooms). The finished job exceeded our expectations. It was unbelievably gorgeous - perfect in every way. We couldn't be happier. They treated our home as if it were theirs. We can't thank them enough. Anyone we know who is thinking about hardwood installation will get Century Flooring's name and number. I doubt that there would be any who could do a better job. The Wow Factor will be enjoyed for years to come!.
