I wish I had read more reviews before hiring this company. First, let me say that Wrenzo seemed to…read morebe a pretty straight shooter.... very likable guy. As far as my review goes this is quite likely the last positive comment that I can make about this company. I think there is a major disconnect between Wrenzo and Joseph in terms of the quality of workmanship expectations. And, definitely a huge difference between what was promised as compared to what was delivered. Part of me feels that Joseph and his crew worked to the highest of their capabilities--perhaps the issue is that they just ain't no good at their craft! I probably could have asked them to come back and redo; however, at the end of the day, I lacked all confidence in Joe's supervisory skills or his crew's ability to do the job properly--one worker of which was as found to be sitting around texting or gaming EVERY TIME we (or other work crews) made unannounced visits. In the end we simply decided to cut bait. I'll wrap this up by noting, we paid for a 3-coat finish of a water based polyurethane Mega-HD. Actually, we paid an additional $1,500.00+ for it. TOTAL JOB SET US BACK OVER $9,500.00! We feel it'd have been worth every penny if they delivered what was promised. BTW--A flooring expert who has since viewed the work opined that by all appearances, 3 coats (of anything) were NOT applied. Of course, I have no way of proving this because no product evidence (e.g., empty stain or polyHD cans) remained on the premises after hours (however, I can assure you that equipment, cigarette butts and trash were routinely left onsite). I am not going to spend a lot of time describing the lack of quality workmanship, I will let the pictures do the talking. All of the pictures posted are of their final work. If you feel their work meets your standards god-bless. But, you might consider that you can get this level of work for far less $$. Ok, we just had some REAL hardwood Refinishers take a look at our floors. They pointed out that the "workers" and their "supervisor" (Joseph) did NOT completely stain the floors and did NOT place 3 coats of poly (let alone 1 coat in certain areas). We had to hire them to complete the job! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!!!

Far exceeded expectations! Joe and team not only did an exceptional job on pulling up damaged wood…read moreflooring and then replacing and matching, they were beyond professional, accommodating to our schedules and concerns and they were a pleasure to be around during the whole process. I interviewed several folks here after moving from NYC and found the market concerning. All of my concerns were alleviated with this team and the workmanship is stellar. The previous owners of our home in Fox Den invested a great deal in this house, so we were concerned about quality and matching. I now know, with this team, I had no reason to be concerned. Seriously, look no further if you need hardwood work done and want the best quality out there.

I hired Nicholas and Ronnie (Ronald) Laskowski in October 2023 to install new flooring, build a…read moremaster suite, install kitchen cabinets, and put up a fence. I paid them according to our contract, even though very little work was done. By the end date, December 22, 2023, the project was far from complete--but I trusted their word and made nearly the full final payment. In February 2024, Nicholas moved to Tennessee, and Ronnie kept making excuses for not finishing the job. I later discovered they never even bought the bathroom materials despite being paid over $21,000 for them. In total, they've taken more than $64,000, and not one part of the job is finished. Nearly two years later, I still don't have a functioning bathroom. Ronnie signed a mediation agreement to finish the work by December 2025 with benchmarks, but he hasn't met a single one. Nicholas started another flooring business in Tennessee while refusing to take responsibility. When I left a review, he threatened me via text to delete it or he'd ruin my business with fake reviews. Later, he sent another text--this time begging me to take it down (without apologizing for the first threatening message)--claiming that his business partners wouldn't appreciate the review. I told him I would consider removing it if he followed through on purchasing the bathroom tile that was never ordered and began taking steps to finish the job. I understood there was only so much he could do from Tennessee, but he could have financed the completion. For months, I have asked Nicholas to hire a plumber, but have received nothing but excuses--claims that "no plumber would come to my house." I eventually arranged my own plumber, who quoted $8,000-$8,500 to complete the plumbing. Nicholas rejected the quote and instead claimed he would "hire" another plumber. His version of hiring a plumber was to pay someone $500 to teach his dad how to finish the plumbing job. As of November 2025, absolutely no progress has been made in the master bathroom. I have been without a bathroom for nearly two years, and Nicholas continues to refuse to honor his agreement to hire a licensed plumber or finish the job. His current business partners should be ashamed to have someone with zero integrity, accountability, or professionalism as the face of their company. Beware of hiring Nicholas Laskowski for any home project. He has no problem taking your money and walking away without completing the work.

He never offered to redo the paint before only a few touchups. after my review he then offered to repaint my home, but only after no response from text or calls did he offer to do this? I declined due to them being unprofessional coming in my home unannounced stealing. Nicholas was very rude and defended the job. he talked over me and would hardly let me get a word in. I almost felt threatened. I have my belongings in my home, animals and a child with disabilities. Due to this i declined his offered. They were here 2 weeks and paint job should have been done professionally and was told it was. I'm now unable to paint due to the responsibilities I have here at home. he said he would drop off the shelving that was took and a table that the painted on, but was never dropped off. All a man has is his word.
