On the way to my appointment I got a tire pressure alert on my vehicle. Thinking it was just a slow leak, I decided that I would just put some air in my tire after I left the appointment. Once I arrived at Debnam's I noticed that the air was coming out quicker than I thought. I advised the woman at the front desk, Hunter, what was going on & asked her if someone could put some air into my tire for me prior to my appointment. She agreed and asked Raphael to assist me. He was very friendly and attempted to put air into my tire. That didn't work because there was a hole in it. I was thinking to myself that I would have to call and wait for towing assistance but Raphael volunteered to put my spare tire on for me. After my spare tire was put on my vehicle by Raphael, I spoke to Sawyer to get an estimate for the cosmetic work on my vehicle. She asked appropriate questions and was very professional. In the end she gave me great advice and wasn't focused on making a profit. Sawyer also checked the tire pressure of my spare tire to make sure that there was enough air in it so that I could get to my destination safely. The staff at Debnam's went above and beyond to assist me and for that I am truly grateful!! Sawyer also did not try to take advantage of me and do work that wasn't beneficial for the situation that I am in like some repair shops do! She was totally honest with me!! Went there for window tint on my $55,000 car, they offered no options, only option was the cheap…read morestuff. They take your car somewhere you cannot watch, I got it back, although the tint job itself looked pretty good, it does not do much in the way of blocking heat, can still feel it on my face and arm when driving. Does not look very clear but maybe that is because it is new IDK. What I really am disappointed in is that it seems they never used a drop rag or something to prevent the soap from dripping down my door panels and into my Harmon Kardon speakers nor did they try to even wipe it off. I cleaned it off with a damp microfiber and most came off, got my rear seat wet, I noticed my Alcantara seat in the back now has some wrinkles. Oh and the label they use telling you to not roll down your windows leaves glue residue on the buttons when you remove it. Just cant recommend these folks, they are not very friendly, its like I was bothering them just me being there. Tint looks pretty good though and the price was the cheapest bar none. But I was hoping for a better quality product and better care for my car. Oh and Reving my engine in the service bay is not cool, Make sure you put your car in Valet mode if you take your car here. I give them a 2 out of 5, wish I went elsewhere even if they were more.
