Greg did an exceptional job and he took the time to explain the details of the work to be completed.

While we would rather not visit we found ourselves in a pickle which happens with teenage drivers…read more Knowing the staff at Triangle it was a no-brainer! From Ronnie being kind and making sure we had great service to April, the office manager chatting while we waited. The process was fairly painless. If you are looking for quality care with the support to come back if you need them, check out Triangle if you find yourself in the same spot we were! You won't be sorry.

11/10, look no further if you have a Tesla. This is a true white glove service collision center…read morewith top notch service, and it's the only "preferred" collision center for Tesla other than Tesla's own collision shops. I had cosmetic damage from an accident that was luckily cut and dry not my fault thanks to a dash camera. - estimate appointment was available in a week, they only do estimates in-person (unlike some other places that do online estimates using photos). This does seem like a long time, however other shops I reached out to were all 1-2 weeks out and Tesla's own shop was a month out. - you work with one person through the entire process who oversees everything. I cannot emphasize enough how nice this is. In contrast, every time you call or chat in app with Tesla's shop it's always a different person. Things can get lost/delayed/overlooked pretty easily like that. I worked with Brent and he was fantastic. - once I talked to the insurance adjuster and let them know of my choice for the shop and once I signed the papers, I was able to drop off the car in 11 days with 10 day ETA for the repair. Insurance I had a claim through has some sort of agreement with Triangle Collision where they direct bill them and handle all the paperwork for you. I spoke exactly one time with the insurance adjuster, Triangle Collision had me sign one paper via email to get the ball rolling, I then signed a paper at drop off and at pickup, that's it. Very easy. - drop off was a breeze, they are partners with Enterprise and they call a shuttle for you to get you to the local nearby Enterprise branch to pick up a rental car - Brent provided regular updates and the car was done 2 days ahead of schedule - pickup was very easy, they allow you to drop off the rental car right at the shop, you just can't beat the convenience of that I'm very satisfied with the repair, you can't tell the car was repaired. Paint is matched perfectly. I received a warranty booklet for the repair too, hopefully won't need to use it ever! From the research I've done the final cost of the repair turned out to be on the higher side, but you get what you pay for. I would not think twice about choosing any other collision center but this one for my future car body work needs.

Our Tesla Service Rep recommended we send our car here for estimate and repair, after the Tesla…read moreService Center repeatedly damaged it. She said this was their go-to repair partner. From what we can tell, Relentless told us one thing when speaking to us, but then threw us under the bus when talking to the Tesla executive in charge of signing off on the work - saying their quote to fix was so high - $17K - because 'we wouldn't be satisfied unless we had a brand new car....'and then someone called the Tesla exec daily demanding our car be removed? Unless the Tesla exec misrepresented what occurred. The result was that our car sat on their parking lot for months and was never fixed. And we had to push to get a straight answer on either side as to what was going on. During their initial inspection, however, their mechanics pulled apart the driver side door and put it back together again, to check it for safety...but now we have a brand new issue - the door handle closes so slowly - imagine a quiet-close toilet lid - that the door won't lock shut and bangs back open unless you push the handle down yourself manually. I left the owner two emails months apart - to which he never responded. I've now left a voicemail. The only other option to get someone's attention would be driving the car there in person. We imagine it's easy enough for them to put right, but it is hard to believe we aren't being intentionally ignored. This isn't choosing whether or not to take a job - it's fixing something they caused. I thought about not posting this, but this is just not accountable business practice. Yet another reason not to operate a Tesla in the Raleigh area. Relentless was supposed to be the white knight, a lone Tesla-authorized body shop with a good rep. If we can't trust the Tesla service center and we can't rely on Relentless, I don't know where that leaves the many Tesla owners here.

I have had to bring my Volvo 2 times in the past year to Relentless collision due to being rear…read moreended. My satisfaction after the visits has not been pleasant at all. I am going to reach out to Volvo to suggest getting different shops authorized and "certified by Volvo" because I do not believe relentless collision should met the expectations. First visit: My Volvo was rear ended, it had damage on the front of the car and the back of the car. It took well over a month for the repairs to be done (which is not an issue to me if done right). After I got my car back everything seemed fine until I had to drive the car for a long commute. This caused the car to literally start melting on the back bumper... why? Because the tips of the exhaust where installed upside back pointing into the car rather than down to the ground. This was not an issue before because when I am in town I drive mostly with electricity, so the exhaust doesn't release that much heat. Cars are made to be driven, and it does not matter if the commute is 3, 4 5... hours if the car is in good conditions, it should be able to make the trip with no problem. My car clearly did not come out of Relentless Collision in good conditions having the exhaust upside back. I do have to give credit to relentless collision for honoring the life warranty on the work they did because they fixed the melted bumper and wrong exhaust. But what about the inconvenience and my safety? I drove a car that was not safe to drive on a long commute trusting on their work, what would have happened if this was not only a melted bumper but something bigger... Second visit: The car had to go back due to being rearended again, and I trusted Relentless Collisions again because they are the "Volvo Verified Shop in the area. I did go to a different location because they have 3 to see if it would be any better. The repairs took again well over a month (which again, is not a problem if done right). This time the car needed to also be serviced on the tires because one of them had a bubble on the side and another one had some superficial damage. I asked to get a quote and an inspection on the tires. At the time I was only able to replace 1 tire (the one with a bubble) and the one that I was told had to be replaced because it was clearly damaged and unpreparable. The tire was replaced. The day that I go to pick up the car after Relentless Collision calls me to let me know that it is ready for pick up. I start the car and get Parking brake system needs service... I have to wait there, and they clear the logs (the car was not ready yet to be picked up). I walk around the car, and I notice another tire has a bubble now... I have not had the car for well over a month now, Relentless Collision has had it and been working on it, I was only told one tire needed replacement, that tire was replaced. And then the day I go pick up the car it has another bubble.... So basically, as I see this. Two times now, in two different relentless collision sites I have been told your car is ready to be picked up. Which I see this as your car is ready to be picked up and safe to drive. What kind of inspections if any are being done to cars before they are returned to customers are they safe to drive??? You are supposed to have the experts on the matter, why it is me that has to find the issues in my car after I get it from you. And now I had plans for which I needed the car, and these plans were made based on the assumption that I was getting my back on a safe to drive condition after it being over a month with relentless collision. What makes me mad is that they sign off in a car without knowing that it will actually be safe to drive. The first time having an exhaust which they installed wrong. And the second time having a bumble in a tire after, Relentless Collision "inspected" the car. I was told Relentless Collison values quality over time, what kind of quality??? What is the time being spent on, clearly not in inspecting the car to ensure that it is safe to drive. Is the time maybe being spent on waiting for the parts to arrive? So, its quality of parts but what about the quality of work?
