I hope he did a great job for my sister's neighbor, but I wouldn't want an unhinged person who threatens to shoot innocent animals working on my property. Edit: correct, I was not there, but I spend a lot of time with my sister and her dog. He is a beloved pet, not a guard animal. She never said he was for protection, she said he acts that way because it's him being protective. He wasn't in a rage. He has a big bark and doesn't like strangers, so can be intimidating, but he was let out to go potty, not to bark at you. A dog barking is no reason to call for threats of shooting, period. And I stated my review was here to inform people of your unhinged threats, not to comment on your work. Your work AND how you show up as a person both reflect on your business, and I think it's important for people to know this happened before choosing to hire you, especially if they or their neighbors have animals who don't behave to your standards. Their communication from the start was superb! I had so many questions and other house maintenance appointments going on but they worked with me on a game plan especially since it had been raining so much lately and having to reschedule. I requested a first time service with overgrown grass and their quote wasn't bad at all. I got some quotes from other businesses but they kept adding on extra things whereas abc lawn care included cut, trimming, edging and blowing. I feel that they gave a more than fair price for these results! I was told that because the lawn was damp from previous rain and because it was overgrown that it wasn't as clean as usual maintenance which I completely understand. I am so happy with their work! I really wanted to see lines or that checkered pattern and I got it! I definitely recommend and they offer different forms of payment for whatever is most convenient for you and overall great communication! I couldn't be there so they sent pictures which I also really appreciated! Thank you so much! Time to schedule my next service :)
