I began my journey with multistate in March and finally in July Integrity Auto mechanics in Colleyville fixed my problem after I had spent almost $6000 with multi state. My problem was obviously not transmission, but a completely melted down cable that controlled all the electrical parts of my vehicle which Integrity fixed for $600. Every time I would take my car back into multistate after replacing my transmission, they would say oh it's the cable from the gearshift, then it was the electric switch on the transmission itself. Finally, they admitted it was electrical and sent me to integrity where Matt promptly found the problem and fixed it for $600 and he said it was just a blessing my car didn't catch on fire and me driving it. Shockingly, the staff handed over the title to our trailer without verifying identity, ownership, or requiring any documentation whatsoever. No ID check. No paperwork. No authorization. Nothing. This is not a minor mistake--this is a major failure in basic security and business practices. Titles are legal ownership documents, and handing one over to an unverified individual puts customers at real risk. What made this even worse was how it was handled afterward. When I called to address the issue, I was connected to a manager who was completely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they said they felt like they had been scammed too. There was no accountability, no attempt to correct the situation, and no concern shown for the seriousness of what happened. The call ended with them hanging up on me. That level of care and professionalism is unacceptable--especially when dealing with something this serious. If this is how they handle sensitive documents and customer concerns, I strongly recommend proceeding with extreme caution. We expected a professional standard of care. This was the exact opposite.

1 Star - Avoid at All Costs…read more I had an absolutely horrible experience with Jay's Auto Body. They were paid $16,000 to repair my truck and it took over two months to get it back -- and even then, the job was nowhere near complete. I was explicitly told OEM parts would be used, but instead they installed cheap aftermarket / Chinese parts and used parts and then lied about it. The paint and body work is terrible, clearly rushed and poorly done. Panel alignment is off, the front end alignment is wrong, and some of the work they were paid for was never completed. Screws sticking out of the bedside overspray on trim, dents everywhere pin stripes were put on side as a sticker and don't match the rest of the truck. Orange peel in the paint, white trash from attempts to buff the truck in every crevice. On top of that, lights don't work, which is a basic safety issue. Since I picked the truck up, they refuse to return my calls or texts, leaving me stuck with a badly repaired vehicle after paying top dollar. This shop took my money, wasted my time, did sub-par work, and then disappeared when problems came up. I would never recommend Jay's Auto Body to anyone. If you care about your vehicle, your money, or your safety -- go somewhere else.

Shout out to Kricket in the finance dept., she was fun to work with even though I did not need financing. She did explain the extended warranty and was very honest about how it works and the value it provides.
