My 4500 elliptical was damaged with water from a flood in my basement only 3 months after I purchased. Not covered by insurance, the store where I bought it refused to repair it, even with me offering to pay. Blue banner was able to get the parts under warranty, even though I told them I was ok with paying for the parts, I just wanted to get the machine fixed. They saved me a lot of money, and repaired the elliptical as promised. Professional, courteous, prompt. I can't say enough good things about these guys.

He's great helping you order something online, or helping you to find something in store. But should you have any issues with anything bought here beware. He ordered me a pair of sneakers that they had online, but not in store. He seemed great, and pleasant etc. Shortly after getting the sneaker, and finally opening the box to wear the sneaker, they didn't look anything close to the photo online. I decided it wasn't for me. At that time I read up and found the return policy to be 60 days. I went on about my usual business until I needed to go to the mall again, in which I called their customer service to verify since by that time I had misplaced the invoice/receipt, and brought the shoe in for return shortly after 30 days. He automatically said no. I said but I spoke to customer service this morning. He began lying that without the receipt there's no way he could even pull up the item or return it. I said so can you call customer service since they said it was possible. He said sure no problem. This dude! Picked up the phone and automatically started talking ( he had someone on hold!). He then walked off into the back of the store ( no longer visible) and walked back out, and said it's not possible I can't return it. I end up leaving the store calling customer service, who ends up sending him the invoice they pulling up with my phone number. He then claims its been over 30 days he doesn't know if he can take it back now etc. Customer service tells him to do it as a one time courtesy. Blah blah blah another 30 minutes later after babysitting him and thank goodness I kept them on the phone he completes my return! MORAL OF THE STORY: If you are not 100000% sure of the product you are purchasing, avoid this location, and this deceiving con artist of a manager. He will lie and avoid processing your return at all costs. I will never step foot in this champs store again.

They had a wide selection of reasonably priced sneakers and dress shoes. Beautiful shoes for both boys and girls. The baby picked some Nikes that looked great. They have return policy (I think it's within 3 weeks) but I strongly suggest you get both of the kids' feet measured to make an informed decision. I highly recommend this wonderful shop.

She remembers us and is always glad to see us again. She runs a musical theater company in the same space. She has a lot of things in stock so you can find things right away or see something that you forgot you needed. We always go in well in advance of performances to make sure that we have all of the needed gear and time to order if needed. She is also open until 7 during the week and on both days of the weekend which means I can find time to get there.

And just like the other reviews of horrible experiences, I called many times to get their "we will look into it and call you back" and never ever got a return call. I don't think this is a very honest business. How do you mistaken caramel tights for pink ones? And how do you double check the size and send completely different ones? Maybe they try to rid merchandise through their online customers since some may forget to return or find it a huge hassle.
