I've had occasions where I forgot to put my shorts or an extra tee shirt in my gym bag and the store remedies those situations. The manager on one occasion even gave me a free Equinox tee when I forgot to bring my own. The staff is great and always friendly and I've never had a bad experience there. There's also juice press bar inside the shop where I go whenever I need to refuel or replenish my electrolytes after a workout. Again it's meant to satisfy the needs of Equinox gym members. On a side note, I read the other review by Leslie E who seemed to be expecting a full blown department store because she forgot to bring enough clothes on a trip?!!! In all fairness, her 1 star rating is unjust. She forgot to bring shirts and had unrealistic expectations. What department store opens at that time of morning?
