The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. Duke came out inspected and turned the gas on. $1,695 for 45 minutes of work is disgraceful. You are taking advantage of people. I will be watching and reporting if you try to take my review down.

Mark had Herbert over to install the system after we came to an agreement within 10 days, much faster than the other two bids were going to be able to complete the work as well. Mark came out multiple times to check in on the lighting to make sure it met our needs, and to answer all of my questions. His average response time to any of my questions was under an hour, whether that was email or text. This is the type of business and customer service you just can't find anymore. I told Mark this is my favorite addition to our home. The lights that Mark uses also carry a lifetime guarantee, something no other providers could offer. They are extremely high quality, and very good looking (not plastic, actually a solid bronze). They even have a remote so Mark can fine tune the brightness of each individual light in 5% increments, plus 2-4 lens options with varying light scatter.
