Customer service was absolutely fantastic and Tyler W. was accommodating and gave us clear explanations as to what was wrong. We received a text message with a picture of the employees so we knew who to expect and what they looked like. Arlinghaus has to send another worker out to discuss prices on a new furnace. Tyler was able to get our furnace working temporarily as we look into buying a new furnace. It cost $89 for him to come out and diagnose the problem. They will remove this from any extra work they may need to do. Unfortunately, in the end we could not afford even the lowest option they had for a furnace. They use a top furnace line brand and are more expensive then the national average. This was the only draw back for me that it was to expensive and I did not want to enter into a loan for a $7,000 furnace when the average homeowners pay is $3100. Regardless, they were transparent and did not pressure me into anything we didn't want to do. I highly recommend Arlinghaus for their professionalism and honesty with their customers.

Eddie talked to us, asked about any upgrades in windows and doors and measured the house. He said he would run the numbers and give us 3 options. Our current fan was not working and he fixed it so we had ac. No charge. We went with his 2nd option as it appeared to be the best for us. The day of installation, he laid down drop cloths and he and his son pulled out the old unit and installed everything in one day. House was clean afterwards. Showed us the new thermostat and how it works. Experience was amazing. Recommended him to several people who have raved about him as well. Can't go wrong with E&E!

Shows up with dehumidifiers after two weeks and placed those dehumidifiers with open plugs where it is hazard in pool area without running electrical wiring and drain pipe. It's been 4 months now this guy is not answering my phones and messages. Stay away from this guy he is Thief.
