They severally struggle with doing the simplest of tasks. The kind of individuals that you wonder how they ever made it this far in life due to their lack of intelligence. Took them 2 weeks to complete a required 72Hr turnaround time. They don't understand the appraisal system which they are required to enter their information .

This company does not understand their importance in the mortgage process and how it effects the…read moreentire process. They waited until the very last day to do the appraisal; then it was sent over completed late which delayed the entire process. The appraiser was given 4 weeks. The delays because the appraisal came in slightly lower, did not allow sufficient time to adjust pricing and keep the settlement date. This company needs to understand the importance of being more timely when given ample time to do so. If they cannot meet timelines, they need to communicate that with customers, and pass the business to someone who can.
