Your employee couldn't even complete a sentence he was so mad about me driving through the rocks. And just so the rest of the people know, when we bought the trailer they didn't even ask my spouse for her id when signing the contract till after she said something. They were so happy we both had 800 credit scores and getting their commission they pushed it out the door. And the brakes failed on its first trip! Down a curvy mountain of course and with 6k lbs in the back. One of the most terrifying experiences of my life. They locked up and almost caused an accident more than once. They did fix it but beyond telling me I'm a liar that's the kind of quality control they have. This place is a joke and now the owner is calling me a liar. Really terrible biz practices and I can't even tell you how irritated I am. I live three hours away and spoke someone on the phone before I got there but when I got there I was shamed and told they couldn't fix my jack unless I paid $275. High desert trailer sales and Lamar should be ashamed of themselves. What a joke. There's a place in Apache junction called diversified give them your money instead of rollin the dice with these ding bats Travis, you're inconsiderate just like your employee and not a good biz owner. For you to jump on here and also try to say I'm lying is just trash and I will tell the world about this absolutley gut wrenchingly terrible experience.

My motor coach set a check engine light and set multiple codes while on the road to a family…read morereunion in Texas so we pulled off in Holbrook AZ and stayed at the KOA campground. The codes had to do with the DEF sensor. I called Cummins in Phoenix to see if they had any mobile service but they never returned my call. I googled mobile diesel repair service and found Brandon. After further discussion, we both agreed it was a bad DEF sensor. I located one with Spartan in Michigan and had it shipped to the KOA. My wife and I left the coach at the KOA and went on to our reunion. The part came in while we were gone and Brandon drove 3 plus hours to Holbrook and repaired our coach. Because he has the Cummins INSITE programmer, he was able to force a regen. Brandon was a true professional and very communicative. I was not worried at all about getting him into my coach. I recommend Brandon to any one in the AZ area, especially my fellow motor coachers Jim (Lake Havasu)

We recently took our RV to The RV Guy in Avondale because our leveling system decided it no longer…read morewanted to level. After some investigating, they discovered the issue was bad O-rings. They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.

They've refused to fix the issue and badly overcharged our insurance company, which now won't work with them anymore. They made zero effort to rectify the situation. They do not stand by their work. After checking my truck over, the only conclusion was that something was wrong with the tires. A different and reputable tire shop I've dealt with for years confirmed these tires are in terrible condition after only three months, and even took pictures of them to post on their social media to warn others. These pros that have also been in the business a very long time have never even heard of this brand. I've never experienced this with multiple brands I've purchased in the past, and spent about the same amount of money on them. I gave Firebird an opportunity to make things right and prorate these tires but they refused. I will never go back.
