These guys are typical sales people that talk a big game but when it comes to taking care of the service, right out of the pocket again. Trailer jack malfunctioned and they want me to pay $300 for it. No thanks. And I will tel the word to stay away. Clint the service manager was main issue Not to mention instead of trying to communicate with me in regards to an obviously upset customer you just tell me that I hit something which is false. Not to mention, the 20 something year old Clinton was so flustered about me driving through your precious rocks and avoiding being hit by the 17 traffic, he had absolutley no ability to even talk with any kind of service. And just to mention you guys should put some very visible signage over there, so someone doesn't have a similar experience to me. And Travis, for you to TELL me i hit something is just the icing on the cake. I have a very large audience and companies actually pay me to advertise to my 24k followers on social media and every single one of them is getting a full on review of the terrible experience I had at your dealership. Instead of telling me I am wrong and I hit something maybe you should have picked up the Phone and spoke with me realizing I'm a reasonable man that was pushed. Your employee couldn't even complete a sentence he was so mad about me driving through the rocks. And just so the rest of the people know, when we bought the trailer they didn't even ask my spouse for her id when signing the contract till after she said something. They were so happy we both had 800 credit scores and getting their commission they pushed it out the door. And the brakes failed on its first trip! Down a curvy mountain of course and with 6k lbs in the back. One of the most terrifying experiences of my life. They locked up and almost caused an accident more than once. They did fix it but beyond telling me I'm a liar that's the kind of quality control they have. This place is a joke and now the owner is calling me a liar. Really terrible biz practices and I can't even tell you how irritated I am. I live three hours away and spoke someone on the phone before I got there but when I got there I was shamed and told they couldn't fix my jack unless I paid $275. High desert trailer sales and Lamar should be ashamed of themselves. What a joke. There's a place in Apache junction called diversified give them your money instead of rollin the dice with these ding bats Travis, you're inconsiderate just like your employee and not a good biz owner.
