There is no one else I'd rather trust for Ortho care than Johnsonlink. I worked at a dental office for years and this place is wonderful, from the inside out. Both doctors are wonderful but we mostly experienced Dr. Lingenbrink, and he is amazing. He's so kind, and always takes the time to talk to you to explain things, and he loves to celebrate the wins. You can tell that he is clearly passionate about what he does, and wants to provide the best care for his patients. From the moment you start treatment here, you are handled with care. Susanna was our Treatment coordinator and she did a wonderful job walking us through the treatment plan, answering all of our questions, and taking great care of us. She and Dr. Lingenbrink did a great job of informing us from that first time that while my daughter would need phase 1, she would also need phase 2 eventually, which is really great information to know when budgeting for your childs care. The front staff is always easy to get a hold of, they even let you text with questions. Sandy always knew who we were and was so friendly, taking wonderful care of us. The assistants are all really wonderful as well. We always experienced great care while we were there. We saw several of the assistants and I can't remember all of their names, but they were all truly wonderful. We had Taryen a couple times and she was also so sweet and handled my daughter with care. The waiting room has arcade games for the kids, as well as games and books for kids, so my kids always seemed well entertained. Most of the time there wasn't a huge wait and they were pretty on time, though one time we did have an hour wait. The only thing that I would suggest for them is for the longer appointments like first placing braces, etc, maybe having some sort of music or TV above the chairs to help keep kids minds off of it. I know that they see all ages, but for the kids under 12 it can be very helpful to keep their minds at ease. When my daughter finished her Phase 1, they gave her a little gift with her name on it, that featured several food items that were restricted from her diet while having braces. She loved this little detail! I can't recommend this place enough. This is definitely where all people should go for Ortho care, they are honest, transparent, professional, and have amazing bedside manner. I had three of my teens in braces at the same time at this office when it was Lingenbrink Orthodontics. At first, everything was friendly--- until we signed the papers and began the "treatment" . Once that happened, it was quite different. *I had major concerns about the palate expanders as two of my children were "older" and I was told that the movement may not work...I brought in a bit of research in the form of articles and questions before the work began, and voiced my concerns that there could be long term problems with their jaws and possible chewing issues with this relatively new treatment. My concerns were soundly ignored, and after they argued and explained how many hundreds of people had been thrilled with their smiles after this rather barbaric solution, I reluctantly agreed to allow it. Two of my three children had horrible headaches, and such jaw and mouth discomfort for over two weeks that I almost stopped the orthodontic treatment then and there. I wish I had. *Fast forward a few months, and the office expanded and had a different office blended with Dr. Lingenbrink's original staff. I found many of the new staff members difficult and surly. I asked that a few of the original staff that I knew and trusted be the only staff members to see and care for my kids--my request was not honored. We persevered, and the teeth seemed to be moving into place. Nearly three years later, my daughter's braces were still on. Three different months she was told that they would be off at the next visit. Three times it was decided that they wouldn't be after all. When I asked for her final date, {as we dragged two little siblings along for each appointment} I was informed that the next visit would be her last one. Finally! Braces off--happy smiles--permanent retainers on the bottom. When I asked "why?" I was told that the teeth "move like noodles and need the permanently fixed retainer to keep them in their place". Really? I find that surprising and odd. I had my braces removed in 1984, and I can still wear my old retainer. Teeth couldn't move *that* much in this century! A couple of months after my son's braces were removed, he was experiencing jaw-locking daily and incredible pain when he chewed. His teeth didn't seem to meet well and his bite seemed off. I made an appointment to discuss our concerns, which were brushed off and dismissed. When I showed three different studies that I had researched online that suggested a possible correlation between these problems and the expander, the attitude I received was one of denial and scorn and I was coldly told "that I should not confuse my Google search with the orthodontist's dental degree and years of experience." No offer of help, except a night guard. Two years later, my daughter has two problems: one tooth didn't stay in a forward position after being twisted by the braces for over three years, and her bite is quite off and I am frustrated and extremely disappointed about that. Orthodontic care is expensive and to be treated this badly while paying dearly for the braces in time and funds is terrible and unprofessional! Find someone else for your children! Just because they have games in the office and Wild Waves tickets once a year doesn't mean they will treat you respectfully or give your children the lifelong smiles of their dreams! This is hands down the best Orthodontics office in Kitsap County!!! Don't believe me? Well - this is my 3rd Orthodontist so I know a thing or two about them. Sad I know- saddest part is, if I had originally found Dr. Naumann and Dr. Johnson's office, I probably would've had the beautiful smile I had always dreamed about. Their staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to work with the patient. Their scheduling is smooth, financial arrangements stellar, and the overall vibe is that they are here to help you, not suck all the money out of you. I have seen Dr. Naumann's work and he is absolutely fabulous and up to date on all the latest techniques. However, I currently see Dr. Johnson and I heart him! When I came to their office I had already been in braces for 2 yrs- although it had been well over a yr since my last visit to my previous orthodontist because the relationship went sour. I was told to fix my problem by the previous ortho that i would need jaw surgery- and being a mom of 2 and 27 at the time, I didn't think I wanted to go that route- Low and behold, after my initial meeting with Dr. Johnson- he said that was not necessary- to achieve the smile of my dreams I would just need to extract four teeth. You can't imagine my happiness at the thought that my perfect smile was achievable!! The staff worked with my financial situation, have worked with my difficult schedule ( I work in Seattle and commute daily) and have never hesitated to answer all of my questions. Their prices are beyond reasonable and they are very efficient in the work they provide. It is a great office with a great vibe and atmosphere. The assistants are all so caring and wonderful. I absolutely adore them. And although I will be moving out of the area next year- I will definetly still send both my children to see their office when it's time for braces. If you are anyone you know have ever thought about braces or are in the market - regardless of your age- I definitely recommend that you check this office out. They even have 2- convenient locations to meet your pearly white needs!! Words can not express my gratitude towards the Dr's and their staff. We moved from Hawaii with a couple kiddos in braces and the transition here was smooth. Since then we've had two more in braces and then I had Invisalign as well. At one point there were four, yes four, kids in braces!!! We had dual insurance, took advantage of the military discount and multi child discount to help with the costs. Financing was very reasonable. The kids all had a pleasant experience and staff were fun to talk to. They even throw an annual patient appreciation party at wild waves. By far the best orthodontics office I've ever visited! I've had my braces off for about four years now and when my top lingual wire came loose, I was scrambling to find a local orthodontics office to visit that would take me on as a new patient for a quick repair. To my surprise, I was quickly fit in for an appointment in Silverdale and I was blown away by how beautiful the office was - not to mention kid friendly! I had been told over the phone that a lingual wire replacement would run around $79 dollars, but when I was examined, Dr. Johnson let me know that top wires are in the "bite zone" and break every few years, meaning I'd have to continually get it repaired. Instead, he recommended I have it removed and if anything shifted, I could come back and get a wire put in. I was so happy to be rid of the wire and have no charge for my appointment! About a week later, I did notice some shifting at the fault of my retainer, but I was quickly fit into the Poulsbo office (which is just as kid friendly with a game room) and seen early in the morning. I had a mold made for a new top essex retainer and four hours later, I was able to return to pick it up. Once again, I was told that there would be no charge - not for my new retainer or my two visits in one day! Dr. Johnson is incredibly knowledgable, willing to answer all of my concerns, and Grande was incredibly friendly and gentle at all three of my appointments! I am 57 years old, have a small mouth with overcrowded teeth, and thin gum tissue. My teeth began to slide forward, so I decided to slow/stop the process with orthodontia work. Dr. Lingenbrink was very professional, explained each new plan for arresting and straightening out my upper/lower dental arches, and even invited me into his office many times to show/explain the next step with computer imagery. The medical equipment in Dr. Lingenbrink's offices is state of the art, as is Dr. Lingenbrink's training and research in orthodontia. Above all else, Dr. Lingenbrink was VERY responsive to emergencies I had with tooth movement - he immediately texted me back each time I reported a problem, with advice and/or a next day appointment. Dr. Lingenbrink even offered to meet with me on a Saturday night at the clinic when I had an emergency! "I'm at Costco right now, and I can be at the Silverdale Clinic in 10 minutes". On two visits Dr. Lingenbrink realized I needed a new design, and created one with X-rays and photos on the spot. Best orthodontics ever! The staff and doctors were very caring and friendly, and since we had to move to another state in a limited time, they finished my braces just in time. After my braces were removed, they gave me a bunch of chewy candy, which I thought was pretty funny. It was pretty cost friendly as they broke it down into steps, and I felt much more confident about my smile. About 7 years ago, my mom went in for permanent braces under her two front teeth, and the wire still holds up after all these years. A bonus was that my dentist, Dr. Lingenbrink, could speak Thai, so it was fun talking to him in another language. read more

I was so caught off guard by how well I was treated. The other night I had my wire retainer break. I called around to a few local offices which said they do not repair this kind of issue. I had explained I am not a patient but have had braces for many years. I just needed to repair the loose wire dangling around. Luckily, by my surprise this office was able to get me in the same day I called. They were so friendly when I went in. The staff was exceptional, efficient, and completed the repair in no time at all. When I walked up to the front desk, I was told they were not going to charge me.
