Both doctors are wonderful but we mostly experienced Dr. Lingenbrink, and he is amazing. He's so kind, and always takes the time to talk to you to explain things, and he loves to celebrate the wins. You can tell that he is clearly passionate about what he does, and wants to provide the best care for his patients. From the moment you start treatment here, you are handled with care. Susanna was our Treatment coordinator and she did a wonderful job walking us through the treatment plan, answering all of our questions, and taking great care of us. She and Dr. Lingenbrink did a great job of informing us from that first time that while my daughter would need phase 1, she would also need phase 2 eventually, which is really great information to know when budgeting for your childs care. The front staff is always easy to get a hold of, they even let you text with questions. Sandy always knew who we were and was so friendly, taking wonderful care of us. The assistants are all really wonderful as well. We always experienced great care while we were there. We saw several of the assistants and I can't remember all of their names, but they were all truly wonderful. We had Taryen a couple times and she was also so sweet and handled my daughter with care. The waiting room has arcade games for the kids, as well as games and books for kids, so my kids always seemed well entertained. Most of the time there wasn't a huge wait and they were pretty on time, though one time we did have an hour wait. The only thing that I would suggest for them is for the longer appointments like first placing braces, etc, maybe having some sort of music or TV above the chairs to help keep kids minds off of it. I know that they see all ages, but for the kids under 12 it can be very helpful to keep their minds at ease. When my daughter finished her Phase 1, they gave her a little gift with her name on it, that featured several food items that were restricted from her diet while having braces. She loved this little detail! I can't recommend this place enough. This is definitely where all people should go for Ortho care, they are honest, transparent, professional, and have amazing bedside manner. Alright, so I have been coming here for a long time....since before COVID. I've had a significant…read moreamount of dental work done here, including a gum graft, multiple root canals, crowns, fillings, deep cleanings, and more. The quality of the dental work has been excellent, and I've never had any issues with the treatment I received. After my gum grafts, the oral surgeon recommended that I have cleanings every three months to help manage inflammation. Unfortunately, I've never been able to stay on that schedule. Every time I book an appointment, the earliest available opening is about six months out. They also don't have access to the schedule beyond that, so there is no way to book appointments every three months in advance. I've been trying for more than two years to get onto a three-month cleaning schedule without success. They've gone through several dental hygienists and usually only have one available, so I understand why scheduling is so limited. However, when you're dealing with the possibility of losing your teeth in the future, I can no longer overlook this issue. I also changed my phone number about two years ago, but for some reason my old number was never removed from my account. When I called today to ask why I was no longer receiving appointment confirmation calls or texts, I was told they had both numbers on file and had been contacting my old number instead. I was told this was due to their new system. My recommendation is to seek long-term dental care with a practice that is not part of a large corporate environment. Even though the quality of the dental work here has been excellent, I believe patients who require ongoing preventive care should be able to receive the level of follow-up treatment their providers recommend. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. If you have relatively few dental issues, this may be a good option for you. They provide quality dental services and have convenient locations. However, if you're like me and require extensive dental work or ongoing preventive care to avoid future problems, I would recommend considering a local dental practice that is more sympathetic and accomodating to your individual needs.

I…read moremade an appointment here a couple months ago (sometime in February) to fix my permanent retainer (which I've had from 2017-2016 with no problems) which was coming up on 2 bottom teeth. They charged me a $150 deposit and another $150 at the appointment. (I don't have health insurance). Afterwards, Dr. Carlos said "Alright! Well you should be good for another 10 years!" Unfortunately, about 3 months later, its coming up again on the same tooth. I called a different ortho, who advised I call them since they would most likely fix their mistake without charging me. I called them yesterday, and they called me back after an hour refusing to fix it without charging me full price again. I decided to go in person. The front desk person told me The ortho does not talk to patients and that I could not talk to him, so I explained my situation. She told me Carlos did not tell me I would be good for 10 years and would not say that. She kept insisting it was a mistake on my part and that Carlos has been doing this for years, eventually yelling at me about how "we aren't gonna fix it!" He turned a tooth completely backwards with negligent care and then blew it off like it was no big deal. He was rough and hurt the mouth during appts and when he was asked to be more gentle he got very angry and petulant claiming that he was and then refused to talk to us, not just that appt but the remaining last few appointments. His staff were young new grads and changed often. They would roll their eyes when he came by and try and make excuses for him when he had bad tempers. Don't go. Mainly because there were other issues he screwed up on with the braces which caused treatment to be longer but then he removed the braces early because he had maxed out Medicare and because he simply didn't like us.

I came in for tooth discomfort, after x-ray and getting in the chair he greeted me and began numbing me. At this point, I didn't know what was going on. Hoping he would tell me as he was doing whatever he was doing. They numbed me and walked away for a few minutes. Assuming for it to kick in, I asked the assistant what was going on. She informed me of what was to happen. (Temp filling before seeing if it was to be a future root canal) Was the prior filling chipped/broken? (their work too) They did not say other than there "was a big gap" The problem is they both asked me at 2 different points if I felt numb. And I felt kind of numb, even when they came in and started working. They didn't renumb me. It wasn't until after he started drilling that I motioned that I could still feel it. (Painful) In which he numbed me quite a bit at least. But when mostly done with the procedure I tapped on my cheek with the hopes that they would give me a break from the TMJ bite block. At this point, I wasn't trying to freak out. But I'd also been dealing with congestion in the way I was tilted back, I felt like I had sleep apnea. And I was having a hard time breathing! I expressed that and they were telling me just to breathe through my nose. Said 'maybe you're dealing with congestion'. I was trying not to panic! I already have to deal with being renumbed every 'filling visit' as well as having TMJ. Those bring on anxiety enough! But the dentist put it into higher drive today. I just wanted to get it done.
