Both doctors are wonderful but we mostly experienced Dr. Lingenbrink, and he is amazing. He's so kind, and always takes the time to talk to you to explain things, and he loves to celebrate the wins. You can tell that he is clearly passionate about what he does, and wants to provide the best care for his patients. From the moment you start treatment here, you are handled with care. Susanna was our Treatment coordinator and she did a wonderful job walking us through the treatment plan, answering all of our questions, and taking great care of us. She and Dr. Lingenbrink did a great job of informing us from that first time that while my daughter would need phase 1, she would also need phase 2 eventually, which is really great information to know when budgeting for your childs care. The front staff is always easy to get a hold of, they even let you text with questions. Sandy always knew who we were and was so friendly, taking wonderful care of us. The assistants are all really wonderful as well. We always experienced great care while we were there. We saw several of the assistants and I can't remember all of their names, but they were all truly wonderful. We had Taryen a couple times and she was also so sweet and handled my daughter with care. The waiting room has arcade games for the kids, as well as games and books for kids, so my kids always seemed well entertained. Most of the time there wasn't a huge wait and they were pretty on time, though one time we did have an hour wait. The only thing that I would suggest for them is for the longer appointments like first placing braces, etc, maybe having some sort of music or TV above the chairs to help keep kids minds off of it. I know that they see all ages, but for the kids under 12 it can be very helpful to keep their minds at ease. When my daughter finished her Phase 1, they gave her a little gift with her name on it, that featured several food items that were restricted from her diet while having braces. She loved this little detail! I can't recommend this place enough. This is definitely where all people should go for Ortho care, they are honest, transparent, professional, and have amazing bedside manner. Dr. Lingenbrink and Dr. Johnson provide the absolute best care for their patients.

That job must suck! But they are always friendly. I only go here because it is the only dentist in my area that my insurance covered. So the skinny here is: *Mostly friendly people working there. No issues with that. Though one dental hygienist seemed personally offend by my bad toothcare habits; sorry! *During a tooth extraction, the dentist pulled out part of my jaw bone leaving a big divet there (only I can feel it though by now...it is not visible from the outside). No worries. I wasn't using that part of my jaw bone anyway. *They have cancelled and rescheduled us SO many times (it take us an hour to get there)...once when I was halfway there. *But the kicker is that they have mischarged us so so so so so so so so many times and my husband has spend countless hours of his precious life figuring out the billing mistakes which always always has been on their end. If you have a choice, DO NOT go there. If you have no choice like us, watch your billing like a hawk.

although ive only been there for a consultation, i find their staff very gracious :]…read more the lady who conducted my consultation was really friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. i met the dr. lingenbrink, and i like him a lot! he was super friendly and was just so nice! hes not like one of those mean "lets get this over with" doctors. ive not have any servies from them. i was there for a quote on how much invisalign would cost for me and they quoted me a pretty high cost. the national average is $5,000, they quoted me $6200. more than 20% more than the national average. ive yet to decide what my next step is, but i have to say that this office was incredibly accommodating and the doctor is fabulous!

I…read moremade an appointment here a couple months ago (sometime in February) to fix my permanent retainer (which I've had from 2017-2016 with no problems) which was coming up on 2 bottom teeth. They charged me a $150 deposit and another $150 at the appointment. (I don't have health insurance). Afterwards, Dr. Carlos said "Alright! Well you should be good for another 10 years!" Unfortunately, about 3 months later, its coming up again on the same tooth. I called a different ortho, who advised I call them since they would most likely fix their mistake without charging me. I called them yesterday, and they called me back after an hour refusing to fix it without charging me full price again. I decided to go in person. The front desk person told me The ortho does not talk to patients and that I could not talk to him, so I explained my situation. She told me Carlos did not tell me I would be good for 10 years and would not say that. She kept insisting it was a mistake on my part and that Carlos has been doing this for years, eventually yelling at me about how "we aren't gonna fix it!" I had a great dentist before the prior reviews I've made. Dentist Visits are something I never look forward to especially when I know I'm getting a filling. Anybody who's a redhead knows that you have to be renumbed sometimes. Unfortunately, I also deal with TMJ. Mr. Huynh seemed to be in a rush today. I came in for tooth discomfort, after x-ray and getting in the chair he greeted me and began numbing me. At this point, I didn't know what was going on. Hoping he would tell me as he was doing whatever he was doing. They numbed me and walked away for a few minutes. Assuming for it to kick in, I asked the assistant what was going on. She informed me of what was to happen. (Temp filling before seeing if it was to be a future root canal) Was the prior filling chipped/broken? (their work too) They did not say other than there "was a big gap" The problem is they both asked me at 2 different points if I felt numb. And I felt kind of numb, even when they came in and started working. They didn't renumb me. It wasn't until after he started drilling that I motioned that I could still feel it. (Painful) In which he numbed me quite a bit at least. But when mostly done with the procedure I tapped on my cheek with the hopes that they would give me a break from the TMJ bite block. At this point, I wasn't trying to freak out. But I'd also been dealing with congestion in the way I was tilted back, I felt like I had sleep apnea. And I was having a hard time breathing! I expressed that and they were telling me just to breathe through my nose. Said 'maybe you're dealing with congestion'. I was trying not to panic! I already have to deal with being renumbed every 'filling visit' as well as having TMJ. Those bring on anxiety enough! But the dentist put it into higher drive today. I just wanted to get it done. But he made it such a negative experience that I wouldn't want to go again to him! I just felt like a patient that had a number on their head. 'Get em down and out of the way.' I am so close to going to another branch.

My former dentist wanted to crown 6 teeth and this one wants to keep as much of my own as possible and build them up from the grinding I do. They are literally saving me thousands of dollars.
