They replaced the tub which I am thankful for but apparently they do not do finish the job. Not only did they not finish the job they left my house covered in white dust. They also worked in my kitchen and left the cabinets and sink in my living room. And to top it off I now have an HVAC leak Bc they bumped my AC from 71 to 66 and left it. So now it's hot in my home and dirty and I have a 7 week old baby that cannot be in these conditions. While some of this is also the apartment property managers fault I am still very disappointed. Dynamic Plumbing called me right away and scheduled to come out to my home that Tuesday. Due to it being the weekend and they was booked up that the earliest. They could come. When I got up Monday morning I noticed the leak had got worse. Where the grass was saturated with water and could see water running down my driveway. I called Dynamic Plumbing and explained the situation to them. They told me if someone finished up one of their jobs early. They would send someone over to fix it. Next thing my phone ring and it them telling me they are on their way. They fixed the pipe without any problems. About an hour or two later I was told the pipe is fixed and everything is good. I had to run an errand and when I came out the house I noticed water was gushing out the hole. Where the pipe they had fixed. I called the right then. After I told them what was going on. They told me we are on our way back right now. They returned in a matter of minutes and fixed the pipe again. What I was told is the stuff they used to hold the pipe together wasn't strong enough. That this time they used a different and stronger glue. I'm good no more leaks. I would like to give a shout out to Joseph and his partner. They did a very professional job. Doug of DEL Electric LLC is by far the best I've ran across in this area. I initially used the project tool here in Yelp, and my project was sent out to 3 electricians, non of who were DEL. Of the 3 other companies, 1 never responded, one was booked up for 2 months, and didn't even try to get my business, and the other was a 2 week wait for a quote. I hit Doug up, left a message, he called back that night, came out for a quote 2 days later, and boom, I knew he was the guy I wanted to do business with. Even though he was booked up he got me into his schedule and the job was completed before I was supposed to get the quote from another company. I had him run in a new 20 Amp circuit in my garage workshop. I doubt that company would've beat the price, as it was a really good one, and the work was quality. I got told "small jobs aren't worth me driving out there so it's easier if I just fix it on the spot". I told him I live in DC and can't nor will I authorize that and this was not going to be a 1 day job. I got told he'd talk to my tenant on the following Friday.
