He showed up the next day to look around, to be able to give me an estimate. I got the estimate within 3 days. So we signed the contract. It was more than I was quoted from Forrest, but we were feed up waiting for them to call back. I gave them half the payment which is half the cost. And I would pay the remainder when the work was done. The whole system was installed a month earlier than I was quoted. We are very happy to have a new septic system! Only thing negative was mr. Hines didn't let me know when thing were to happen. They would just show up to deliver stuff. We didn't need to be home, so I guess that didn't matter, but other things like the electrician coming would have been nice to know. Very grateful to have called me. Hines!

Septic alarm was going off and after several attempts finally got someone to come out. He drained the tank (so he said) and said there's a problem with the pump and they'd be sending someone out to look at it. After 24 hours the tank was full again and alarm was going off - 24 hours? I have a hard time believing a 1500 gallon tank would fill in 24 hours so essentially they charged me $505 for a service they didn't provide I believed. After a few days of trying to reach someone I finally was put in touch with the gentleman who runs the place. He said he didn't know anything about my house or situation despite him being the one who's in charge. I explained what his employee said and he said he'd figure it out and call me right back. All while my alarm continues to go off and seep sewage into my yard. I'm now a month+ past this and I'm still waiting for that call back. I called another company and while completing the job Hines was supposed to they confirmed the tank had only been partially drained, just enough to access the pump and floats. Needless to say I paid these crooks $505 that I ended up having to also pay another company to do the job correctly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (If you're even able to get a hold of them).
