Well, the response was something like "yeah, we definitely want to squeeze you in then", and they sure did! Now, I knew I was paying the minimum charge for one room and could have gotten more rooms completed, but my personal timeline was tight, so I knew what I was getting into. Holy smokes. They arrived about 30 min into the 2 hour window I was provided, and they text about 20 min prior to arrival. They asked a few questions...are any of the stains urine, etc. Shockingly I could almost tell them what each stain was, and they got right to work. *note I am yelling here in this review: THE CARPET LOOKS AND SMELLS BRAND NEW!!!! I mean, it never smelled bad...but animals...you know if you have them, it's never a perfect smell. They were so friendly and efficient, I am now of the belief I will never use anyone different. Angela definitely understood my frustrations with Hyperbuilt as the first time she called, the work wasn't done so I couldn't set up an appointment with her. I also needed someone who could accommodate my work schedule (IE come in the evening or on weekends) and Angela made that happen after venting a little about the whole repair process to her. Jonathon was my tech who came out and did a great job! Unfortunately Hyperbuilt didn't give Love the exact specs for some of the supplies needed so he (out of the goodness of his heart) came back the next day (a Saturday afternoon) to finish the job. I had a hard time getting ahold of him at first to confirm his arrival time but once he arrived he did a quick and efficient job. My carpet looks brand new! Due to the previous owners doing, the carpet last year started to bunch up and he stretched it back into place after I asked him about how it could be fixed, all I had to do was push belongings out of the way and he'd do it. He went above and beyond the call of duty in addition to re-stretching the carpet by cleaning my bedroom carpet that wasn't part of the job. As he left he gave me some tips on how to maintain the carpet so I don't run into issues in the future.

What was completed: Shelving for 3 walk in closets and a pantry were removed and drywall refinished to blend with knockdown texture. 2 large drywall holes patched and texture matched. I'm doing the painting myself. This was a professional and pleasant experience. The only thing I would say could e improved was if more masking tape was used for the outlets and light switches. I am most likely going to use their business again.
