I put in the proper year/make/model/trim online and purchased a part from them. When it arrived, it was wrong. Contacted Sean Berkey by email, he arrogantly told me that the website said the part would NOT fit my vehicle. I asked him to act like he was a customer and put in the information I put in. He then saw it showed it DOES fit my vehicle! Despite being proved wrong (which he admitted that the listing showed in BIG BOLD LETTERS it was the correct part), he blamed it on some website and dismissed my multiple logical offers to rectify the situation.
