We have had nothing but trouble with our unit and lack of support from their warrantee department. It's a pretty present under a tree until you open the package, trim falling off the cabinetry, back windows falling out, 12volt system installed with out ground and with faulty wires. 2021 model with 2018 tires and batteries. Floors continuously scratched from slides, wallpaper not sticking and layers of ripples on wallS. Cracked shower, spare tire rim faulty, fogged up windows, just to name a few. I didn't mention upon pick up at factory all the lists each day for 5 days items wrong/not working/paint inside and out/broken window/scored window/bedroom ceiling leaking/installed incorrectly appliances/holes in cabinetry and that's the highlites. It gets better, back to the rv factory it goes in a short amount of time for a month stay this time for bubbles all over the outside paint And other problems. More Outside paint defects that need to done at the factory which is 2,000 miles round trip for us in the late fall. How long should it take to get parts? Well count on months, and if you need to wear a head lamp in your camper at night, due to 12 volt system defect, tough cookies. But that was only for 5 months. Am I happy with our smartly wrapped up luxe present? Am I happy with their warrantee system? Don't count on it. still waiting on parts......

We took a factory tour back in October 2019. We did what we thought was our due diligence by going to the factory. We were promised the moon and sun. Well we put a deposit down in October 2019 and build started in December 2019. During our build process we never got updates as promised unless we asked. We had an inexperienced sales man that was fired while we were in production. Never contacted by The RV Factory LLC to let us know that our sales rep was no longer employed there. They never assigned us a new sales rep while we were in the build production. Had to do financing on our own as they were incompetent on financing. We paid estimated sales tax with our loan and had to fight to get back the over payment with The RV Factory LLC. In addition, we had to figure out our registration issues with 50states because it was incorrect. Our rig was classified as a 2021 when it was started in December 2019. That is very strange. Picked up late March 2020 and had numerous issues at the time of delivery but we were assured that all our issues would be taken care of in August 2020. Came back in August 2020 to get repairs and had to leave the our Luxe with them. We are full timers and had to out of pocket to find accommodations, spend our own money on fuel and wear and tear on our truck to drive back to them. The VP had promised to give us fuel money. He forgot and only when I mentioned it at the time of picking up our rig, was I handed a check. I told the person to tell me, No thanks because he forgot and now he was trying to be nice. While there to pick up our rig, they forgot to clean the Luxe as requested (we offered to pay for it). They never took the proper precautions to keep our inside clean. Everything was filthy with dust/dirt to include our clothes, our blankets, our counter tops, everything. We had to clean our Luxe and do laundry to clean our clothes and blankets. Their lack of attention to detail was horrible. On top of that, we leave and have the same issues continuing. Then we had to come back in October 2020 to fix same issues that were not fixed from our August 2020. Again, on our dime for hotel and fuel expenses. As mentioned, we are full timers so after picking up in October 2020 we continued to once again have similar issues and then we found even worse issues. Our black tank was cracked! We had to take the underbelly off to find that our insulation was soaked in black tank water so we call the service center and they told us it was a known design flaw. So once again, we scheduled to come back in September 2021 to have the other repairs fixed as well as now the new repair issue, the black tank. We were able to drop off the Luxe earlier to help us out but once again, we had to go find some place to stay. We are currently waiting for our Luxe to be completed. The RV Factory LLC doesn't care. We have had to find other arrangements while our Luxe was in the shop multiple times. Many other owners whom we have talked to, have had similar or worse repair issues. These are just some of our issues: *Black tank cracked *GFCI's trip *Induction stove top is not grounded *All A/C's were put on one leg *Generator wouldn't work when boon docking because of wiring issue *TPMS never worked due to design flaw with the repeaters. We had to purchase new TPMS valve stems in order to get the signal *Pin fell out for slide *Ice maker hose pinched and had to be replaced *Wallpaper rippled throughout the Luxe *Sloppy paint job *Sloppy wood trim and nails exposed throughout the coach *Bed slide paint (exterior) is cracking *Grey tank valve had to be replaced *Poor design with freezer handle/drawer handle rubbing together and causing damage What further disturbs us, is The RV factory LLC doesn't want to hear suggestions or criticism that would help to improve their product. In fact the prices have increased and the quality has decreased. You spend this much on a factory direct product, you expect better quality and better customer service. I want this complaint posted as other consumers should be made aware of the issues that they might have when purchasing an RV from this company.  The owner has no interest in owners, only people looking to buy. It is a shame.

Ensured they did so, and that it was completely ready to go. Took unit straight to outdoor storage for 3 weeks and had several days of freezing temps. Weather warmed for a short time, so we used the RV. Discovered unit had not been winterized, grey tank was ~2/3 full, black tank ~1/3, no anti-freeze in pipes, oil not changed, generator exhaust pipe was hanging loose below unit, all tires low air pressure. Brought unit back expecting nothing more than an explanation of how this happened, an apology and a quick fix of these items. No apology, empathy or taking of responsibility. Reluctantly agreed to fix the items but made us leave it without a clear return date, which ruined our planned Thanksgiving trip. Upon pickup, thought we would get a better explanation and some kind of apology, maybe a wash of the RV to make us feel a bit better... but instead, more excuses, double talk, indifference and attitude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place... we are certain, the same stuff is happening with their own Phoenix products. To whom it may concern, Prior to purchasing an RV I called…read moreseveral RV repair shops and simply asked them which brands they would recommend to buy based on which ones were the easiest to work on and broke down the least. Heartland was often recommended and the brand we chose to purchase. We shopped around and had to choose between two dealers. We chose Lakeshore RV because they were giving us the same deal on a 2019 as the other dealer was for a 2018. I explained to our agent that we were travel nurses and had two dogs and a parrot. We came up with an agreed upon delivery date. Several weeks later I was informed that the RV would be shipping out several weeks later than agreed upon. She was ultimately able to arrange for a delivery date that worked better for us as it is very difficult to find temporary housing with so many animals.... Hence our choice to purchase an RN. I also discussed with her that we had no experience with RVs and she guaranteed me that the man delivering it would teach us the basics of setting it up and that he had done this many times before. When it arrived the man delivering it informed us that he was in a rush as he had another delivery to make. He had us look over the RV and sign the paper saying it was delivered, as it should be. About 1 minute after he left we found a spot on the back garage where he had clearly hit something yellow. We immediately had him come back to see the damage. He denied that he had done this and said that in the 1 minute he was gone we must have done it. At that point we owned one red car and one black truck and did not yet even own a hitch to move the RV making it impossible for us to have caused that damage. We also asked him to give us a quick walk through of the unit and how to hook it up as I had discussed with April Welch. He chuckled and said he had no idea how to set up an RV and that his job was to deliver it and put the two front legs down to unhitch it from his truck. That was Sunday and we started a new job Monday morning. It took us several days to get the water and electric hooked us and to understand the dump systems. As we were on west coast time and not getting out of work till 5p we were unable to get any help from the dealership. One of our neighbors helped us hook up our water after work one day. Once we did it began spewing water from behind the hook up. We needed to take the entire panel off and tighten all the screws and fittings. We then got calls from our neighbors on two separate days that they had to turn off our water while we were at work because we had water overflowing from the underbelly of the RV. Once we took it all apart again we found that the fitting connecting the hot water heater to the RV wasn't secure and was allowing well over 100 gallons of water to spew into the underbelly of our RV. Next we had a leak in the toilet that cost a couple of hundred dollars to fix and after that our garage AC stopped working in the middle of a New Mexico summer. We then started working with Adam Batson to get the AC fixed. After 2 months of sending him pictures of what we needed fixed several times we finally got the AC delivered. We had the RV repairmen at the RV to fix the AC, slide valves in our dump tanks, and the water selector switch. They quickly noticed they sent us the wrong AC. They called Domedic who told us that if we could get authorization they had a warehouse not far from where we now were in LA and that we could return the old AC and pick up the correct one. We were unable to get Adam to do this because it was 5:00p his time and he couldn't start working on it until at least Monday. We had to wait several weeks and again repetitively sending parts pictures and pictures of bar codes before getting the correct part several months later. Once we got an RV technician to install the new AC he said the old one had stopped working because when it was installed the freeze sensor wasn't in the coil/fins as it should have been causing the compressor to run too long and not shut down when it should and thus shortening the life of the compressor. We had also begun having water leaking from under our sink and had two repair men not know where the leak was coming from. The leak caused all of the wood and wood paneling around the kitchen sink to rot and need to be replaced. After daily calls to Adam and sending him pictures several times we were finally able to get the parts. Then after our move we arrived and the couches in the garages were both flat against the sides of the RV. The metal on the happy jack lifts had bent allowing them to once again fall during our move. I called Adam who told me that Happy Jack would not authorize to replace the part. I got the happy jack information from him. I explained to the man there what had happened and he asked me if there were pins in the couches to secure the couches and prevent them from falling. I told him that when we received the RV the couches were down and that there were no pins

Each time we use it, more problems arise. I've complained to Nexus, and they indicate they have implemented better quality control since our RV was built. They encouraged us to go to an RV show to see all the great improvements. Great! But we already spent our money on the one that's falling apart like a piece of junk. We've now had our RV for 1.5 years, taken it on 5 trips, and it has about 9000 miles on it. Here's a list of most, but not all, of the problems we've experienced so far: - On the way home from picking the new RV up from the dealer, the microwave door kept opening and slamming shut and the glass plate flew out and shattered. The latch wouldn't hold it shut. It was replaced with an identical microwave which also would not stay latched. An ugly external latch was added, and when that didn't hold it shut, a strap, like a seatbelt, was installed to hold it shut when traveling. We had to pay for that strap because, by then, it was outside of the 1 year warranty: the Nexus dealer said that they argued with Nexus, but coverage was refused. I contacted Nexus and they agreed to reimburse me, but then they changed their mind, indicating that the Nexus dealer's service department should have contacted the microwave manufacturer, and they denied that the dealer contacted Nexus... so too bad for me. They suggested I contact the microwave manufacturer myself! -on our first camping trip, 2 days after picking up the new RV, the fenders under cab doors fell off. -the water tank collapsed. -the slide hung at a severe angle. -the camper separated from the cab. -the bathroom door fell off. -the water pump failed. -some of the heat shields fell off. -the refrigerator slid out of it's compartment on one side (we found the attachment screws in the bag with the manual), -the levelers didn't stay in place and alarmed during travel. -the tiny horn, maybe suitable for a golf cart, but certainly not a truck or RV, could barely be heard. We replaced it. -the radio unit never worked and had to be replaced. -the tiny, undersized, under-powered bathroom vent fan did absolutely nothing. We replaced it. -a very powerful magnet had been installed in the bathroom doorway to hold the bathroom door shut, making it extremely difficult to open the door. One could easily become trapped in the bathroom. (I am not exaggerating... it was that difficult to open the door.) The door eventually pulled the magnet right out of the wall, leaving a hole with a long screw sticking out of it, and I discovered this when I cut my arm on the screw. We removed the screw and it's no longer a problem other than the hole that needs to be repaired. The door has a good latch to hold it open while traveling, and there was absolutely no need at all for this magnet. -the kitchen faucet leaked under the sink and had to be replaced. -the shower leaked behind the wall and soaked the bathroom and bedroom walls and floors. -the refrigerator only cooled to 50 degrees and had to be replaced. -the awning didn't retract properly. -water leaks out the left side of the driver's visor when it rains. -the rain gutters are set up so that the water drains directly over the cab doors, pouring a steady stream of water onto anyone trying to get in. -something's wrong with the fueling assembly and it's very difficult to get fuel into it (takes a lot of time, and fuel inevitably spills down the side onto the ground, even filling slowly with both caps open to insure venting). -and, most recently, the wall panel next to the stove fell off. There was a single staple in it, and that was stapled into the thin air. -We keep finding screws and plastic parts on the floor after we've driven the RV. - The ride is terrible, almost as if there are no shocks at all. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable, and the violent bumping and jumping on all but the smoothest roads is certainly contributing to the continuing problems I've described. Negligence on Nexus's part, including poor design, poor manufacturing practices, and poor quality control, allowed this RV to be released for sale. About 2 months ago, I asked Nexus Management to consider taking responsibility for this by assisting us with replacing it at a low cost ( or even no cost, under the circumstances) with the same model, but made after they corrected the manufacturing process and implemented quality control. I reminded them again early in September. Nexus Management has not responded

Lack of integrity…read more I ordered a Rebel in 2024 and the customer took delivery in 2024. Everything went well until a couple of months went by and I hadn't receive the spiff that Nexus said I would receive. Nexus had no problem taking our order. Today I was told that they are not paying it, remind you I have been waiting since August of 2024. I did my job and they should honor what they promised. As you know in sales some months you live or die by the spiff and this is a sizeable amount. It makes its difficult to back a product that doesn't back their sales team.
