In October of 2021, what started out as a "what if" question... led us to Luxe and ultimately to a lifestyle we never could have imagined. In 2022, we built our first Luxe, a 2023 47FB we named Penny. She became our home, office, and adventure partner as we embraced full-time RV living. In 2025, after almost 2.5 years in our Toyhauler, we stepped into the new 2026 Regent at the Tampa RV Show, and we knew it was time for a new chapter. When we began designing our 2026 Regent, Kristen played an incredible role in helping bring our vision to life. After living full-time in our first Luxe for almost two and half years, we knew exactly how we wanted our next coach to function for our family. Kristen took the time to truly understand not just what we wanted, but how we lived. She listened, asked thoughtful questions, shared her expertise, and helped us think through every detail. From designing features to the little touches that would make Charley feel like home, she helped us see the possibilities. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine investment in our journey made the entire build experience exciting, enjoyable, and unforgettable. She didn't just help us build a coach. She helped us create our dream home on wheels. That level of support continued long after the build. Oscar has always been there to answer questions, share his knowledge, and help us better understand our coach. No matter when we've reached out, he's been a trusted resource and someone we've always appreciated having in our corner. When delivery day arrived, Joe and his team made sure Charley was everything we had envisioned. They took the time to walk us through every aspect of our new home, answer our questions, and ensure we felt comfortable and confident before leaving the factory. We stayed at the factory for five days and truly lived in our home to ensure all was exactly as we had expected! Most recently, during our one-year warranty visit (August 2026), once again the Luxe team delivered an exceptional experience. Leah coordinated the entire experience with warmth, positivity, and exceptional communication. From the moment we arrived, Kyle's knowledge and expertise immediately stood out. As we walked through our warranty items, he listened carefully, asked insightful questions, and shared valuable information. When we returned to pick up Charley, he took the time to thoroughly review everything that had been completed and continued to share his knowledge as an owner resource and educator. We left not only with a beautifully cared-for coach, but with an even greater appreciation for the people who stand behind it. We also recognize that experiences like ours are only possible because of the technicians, service professionals, craftspeople, and countless team members working behind the scenes. While we may not know every name, we are grateful for every person whose hard work contributes to the Luxe ownership experience. Over the past four years, we have owned two Luxe coaches, traveled thousands of miles, and embraced a life we once only dreamed about. Looking back, we're incredibly grateful that we took the leap. We have hot water again in our LUXE! Our Truma hot water heater froze while we were traveling from Minnesota to North Carolina. I started investigating the issues and found that every piece that was plastic broke. After a bit of trouble shooting, several discussions with a fellow Luxe owner and a load of phone calls with Certified RV, I decided it was going to be cheaper and easier to replace the entire hot water heater. Tammy at Certified RV helped me get what I needed. Certified RV's tech Scott provided some valuable insight for the install as well. It is amazing how nice a hot shower in our own rig feels! A huge shout out to Tammy at Certified RV for all her assistance making sure she got me the parts I needed as soon as possible. She truly went above and beyond the normal to get us the parts. We can't thank the entire staff at Luxe enough for making the delivery of our 2025 GOLD 38GFB awesome. We know of NO other manufacturer that allows you to reside onsite in your coach to go over all systems inside and out to learn and be assured everything is working and understood to your satisfaction. We have had nothing but trouble with our unit and lack of support from their warrantee department. It's a pretty present under a tree until you open the package, trim falling off the cabinetry, back windows falling out, 12volt system installed with out ground and with faulty wires. 2021 model with 2018 tires and batteries. Floors continuously scratched from slides, wallpaper not sticking and layers of ripples on wallS. Cracked shower, spare tire rim faulty, fogged up windows, just to name a few. I didn't mention upon pick up at factory all the lists each day for 5 days items wrong/not working/paint inside and out/broken window/scored window/bedroom ceiling leaking/installed incorrectly appliances/holes in cabinetry and that's the highlites. It gets better, back to the rv factory it goes in a short amount of time for a month stay this time for bubbles all over the outside paint And other problems. More Outside paint defects that need to done at the factory which is 2,000 miles round trip for us in the late fall. How long should it take to get parts? Well count on months, and if you need to wear a head lamp in your camper at night, due to 12 volt system defect, tough cookies. But that was only for 5 months. Everything about Luxe Fifth Wheels spells class. Including Deb. We had a great tour at the factory. Deb answered every question we had. She is a wealth of knowledge and a great asset for the company. We took a factory tour back in October 2019. We did what we thought was our due diligence by going to the factory. We were promised the moon and sun. Well we put a deposit down in October 2019 and build started in December 2019. During our build process we never got updates as promised unless we asked. We had an inexperienced sales man that was fired while we were in production. Never contacted by The RV Factory LLC to let us know that our sales rep was no longer employed there. They never assigned us a new sales rep while we were in the build production. Had to do financing on our own as they were incompetent on financing. We paid estimated sales tax with our loan and had to fight to get back the over payment with The RV Factory LLC. In addition, we had to figure out our registration issues with 50states because it was incorrect. Our rig was classified as a 2021 when it was started in December 2019. That is very strange. Picked up late March 2020 and had numerous issues at the time of delivery but we were assured that all our issues would be taken care of in August 2020. Came back in August 2020 to get repairs and had to leave the our Luxe with them. We are full timers and had to out of pocket to find accommodations, spend our own money on fuel and wear and tear on our truck to drive back to them. The VP had promised to give us fuel money. He forgot and only when I mentioned it at the time of picking up our rig, was I handed a check. I told the person to tell me, No thanks because he forgot and now he was trying to be nice. While there to pick up our rig, they forgot to clean the Luxe as requested (we offered to pay for it). They never took the proper precautions to keep our inside clean. Everything was filthy with dust/dirt to include our clothes, our blankets, our counter tops, everything. We had to clean our Luxe and do laundry to clean our clothes and blankets. Their lack of attention to detail was horrible. On top of that, we leave and have the same issues continuing. Then we had to come back in October 2020 to fix same issues that were not fixed from our August 2020. Again, on our dime for hotel and fuel expenses. As mentioned, we are full timers so after picking up in October 2020 we continued to once again have similar issues and then we found even worse issues. Our black tank was cracked! We had to take the underbelly off to find that our insulation was soaked in black tank water so we call the service center and they told us it was a known design flaw. So once again, we scheduled to come back in September 2021 to have the other repairs fixed as well as now the new repair issue, the black tank. We were able to drop off the Luxe earlier to help us out but once again, we had to go find some place to stay. We are currently waiting for our Luxe to be completed. The RV Factory LLC doesn't care. We have had to find other arrangements while our Luxe was in the shop multiple times. Many other owners whom we have talked to, have had similar or worse repair issues. These are just some of our issues: *Black tank cracked *GFCI's trip *Induction stove top is not grounded *All A/C's were put on one leg *Generator wouldn't work when boon docking because of wiring issue *TPMS never worked due to design flaw with the repeaters. We had to purchase new TPMS valve stems in order to get the signal *Pin fell out for slide *Ice maker hose pinched and had to be replaced *Wallpaper rippled throughout the Luxe *Sloppy paint job *Sloppy wood trim and nails exposed throughout the coach *Bed slide paint (exterior) is cracking *Grey tank valve had to be replaced *Poor design with freezer handle/drawer handle rubbing together and causing damage What further disturbs us, is The RV factory LLC doesn't want to hear suggestions or criticism that would help to improve their product. In fact the prices have increased and the quality has decreased. You spend this much on a factory direct product, you expect better quality and better customer service. I want this complaint posted as other consumers should be made aware of the issues that they might have when purchasing an RV from this company.  The owner has no interest in owners, only people looking to buy. As risky as it was; we bought our fifth wheel from The RV Factory sight unseen and have not been disappointed. While there have been some quality control issues, they have been taken care of promptly and professionally. There was "never" any push back. They just fixed what was needed, and in some cases, things that my wife and I had missed. Overall I can't say enough about the quality of the basic coach and about the follow-up service by their team. read more

We picked up our RV right after the first of the year. Could not have been happier with the customer service we received when we arrived at the factory. We worked very closely with Jeri and she was Wonderful to work with. She kept us posted on the progress of the unit and any requested changes that we had. We did have a couple very minor issues after picking it up and Alice in the service department has been great helping us get everything resolved. We love our luxe 48FB!! read more

Its been a year in a half since we bought this awesome Luxe Elite 42MD-vanity from the RV Factory. Its hard to put into words how happy we are with the unit and the service before and after the sale. Brienne was our sales rep on this unit and we have gone back multiple times to buy things from them because or her attention to details. I can say we will never own another 5th wheel unless it is a Luxe, the after sales service is beyond great. As with all RVs we are going to have a oops or something breaks at no fault of anything except it was time to break. The team at Luxe is all over it and gets us what we need, to me that is the most important thing to a sale. The quality in the unit is by far the best thing on the road for 5th wheels. This company builds the biggest piece of crap in the RV industry. Our unit has had numerous water leaks that they tried to fix, but because of their inexperienced staff and low skills, they could not fix the leaks. Then the icing on the cake was when our axle came lose during travel and we almost had an accident. The reason for the axle shifting was because they did not put the locating pin in during manufacturing. They are a company of poor quality and bad workmanship. I will never recommend buying from this company. There are other manufacturers that do a better job. read more

Wish you had more floor plan options. DRV and New Horizons have a huge selection compared to yours. It's not even close. Really like everything about Luxe, but unfortunately you don't offer a floor plan we want. read more

We made 3 more trips back to the Rv factory and they had it for a total of 6 months. We had some issues and they reimbursed for the the expenses . Still have minor issues but not worth the bother to drive to Elkhart and wait for the work to get done. They have extended some warrantys. The problem is that the unemployment rate is so low it's hard for them to get and keep employees who know or care what they are doing!!! I have personally seen campers being worked on, only to see other problems arise when the owners come to get their camper. I wouldn't recommend the Rv factory!! read more

Dropped at factory. They promised to fix everything even items not on list. They say they build to a new standard now. Hopefully everything will be done as promised. So i have upgraded the review to a 3 star pending outcome of repairs. I have also removed the list of items wrong with this rv from this review. read more
