They then proceeded to sell her some crocs and told her if she bought a second pair she would receive free shipping. I went to another Famous footwear to try and return them without the receipt (my mother was sure they were correct) they could find the sale in the system. they also told me this location took advantage of my mother because they never carried air force ones, they also charged her for shipping bc the only way it's free is if she was a member. However she isnt which is the reason they couldn't find it in the system.

The front desk person knew nothing and the lady had no desire to help. She made a call and said no thanks. Not sure how 511's can't be exchanged at 511 store. All other major brands allow it and she said I should shop online. I mentioned that we didn't need stores like hers if we all shopped online and that didn't concern her. I will not be back.

Poor customer service doesn't even begin to paint the picture here. I bought some shoes for my…read moreboyfriend, whom I brought along to try on a size bigger for, and the salesman (more like boy) brings out only one pair to try on. Wtf? Like did he think we'd run out of the store with them? He didn't even know where the shoes were on display on the shelf, I had to point them out to him. After he got us the ONE shoe, he went back to chatting with his co-worker. We browsed for several minutes to find another pair and not once did anyone approach us to help look for another style or make suggestions on styles. Once we decided to just return them since the fit was too narrow, I went up to the register and it was a joke. The sales boy just waited around until I spoke up and asked if I may return the shoes. As if me standing in front of him with the very shoes I walked in with and the receipt in hand didn't clue him in. He then explained the sales girl next to him at the register had to do it. She was busy counting the cash and didn't even bother looking at me or saying she'd be right with me (like a normal salesperson would greet a customer). Oh I didn't mention there was also another sales girl behind the register who just stared blankly at me, didn't even ask if I needed help and turned and walked to the back of the store. So weird. After waiting several minutes, I decided to leave and make my return at the galleria location where I originally made the purchase. At least there the sales people were more courteous and seemed to have a brain. Needless to say, Will NOT be coming back.

A DAY OUT WITH MY GRANDSON…read more I stopped here to buy my grandson some Nike gear but could hardly find anything. They do not have much of a selection for youth boys, but they have a nice extensive selection for girls. We got a few items that were on sale such as Nike joggers with matching sweat tops and some Nike shirts. The selection of colors were extremely limited. In addition to shopping for my grand baby, I ended purchasing some new Nike workout gear for myself. They have a large selection of workout items for women. Their main attraction, however are the shoes. Their shoe department is huge and it's mainly what customers come for. The overall shopping experience was not bad. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would suggest coming to this place early when the doors first open in order to beat the mad crowd! Especially since it's income tax season, lol!
