While ringing up my clothes, she tossed them…read moredirectly into the bag without folding them at all, leaving them completely crumpled and also, she ripped the hangers out directly through the shirt/s collar/s instead of removing them from the bottom and collared shirts didn't bother to unbutton the shirt/s first. I had to ask to fold them myself. I know Ross sells discounted items, but they are still new products that customers like me are paying for and should be placed in the bag neatly and with basic care.
