The healthcare system has gone downhill in Washington and someone like Leah is part of the problem. Stay away from this place unless you don't mind being treated like shit. I'd give 0 stars if I could, think perhaps it's time Leah find elsewhere to work :)

First, I would like to start with, the massage therapist did a great job and had no issues…read morewhatsoever. What I had issues with is their scheduler, I think her name is Lea. I asked for her full name so that I can place a formal complaint but would not provide me. I asked to be seen by a different therapist so that I can compare and choose who I can meet for longer term. First, she responded with "the other therapist doesn't have any openings". On my first session I got to meet both therapist and she was open to meet for appointments, so I arranged a meet with her, provided that I have the authorization/referral changed to her name being added. I contacted my insurance to change the referral and add the other therapist. I contacted my insurance, and they changed it with no issues. I received a call the next business day from Lea. She had then told me that I'm not able to meet with the second therapist due their policy. She told me that I had to stay with the same therapist for the duration of my referral. I had the feeling that she was not telling the truth, so I asked to show me their policy. I also needed that to explain to my insurance why I can't do so. The scheduler lied to me to prevent me from seeing another therapist. I have no idea why, but I can only assume that it makes her job easier if she does it her way instead of giving customers an opportunity to do so. It's unfortunate to end up like this when I was really looking forward to continuing doing business with them. If anyone has any information on how to place a formal complaint, please direct me to it so that I can do so.

He is personable but not overly and that's partly bc we have established a relationship over time. I could see with someone that doesn't have that history at first might mistake his professionalism with something else or less but that would be a mistake. Started many years ago with me bringing a friend who had MS, I then started going there as well over the years To get some adjustments with our insurance coverages and after what took place today I am absolutely terrified and confused... I arrived early for my 6pm appointment with Dr Ball, I saw a new person at the desk, she was polite at first, i offered to give her my new debit card to keep on file.So I could pay my forty dollar coPay on monday or wednesday?Which is my payday as we live paycheck to paycheck right now with the high cost of living in washington state, usually the people at the desk are lenient about it.And it's not a problem, and we don't carry a balance... She was very argumentative, picked up the phone and started reporting it to a manager as if ive done something wrong . I was confused about her attitude, and I let her know that it's usually not a problem If i've ever asked and it's only a couple of days, we have very expensive insurance That covers everything.And she kept arguing... being disrespectful, I asked her to stop with her causing me stress as I was there for a painful issue, she kept lecturing, gas liteing, baiting me, I finally said please stop!! I went to room 4 , the door was open at that point, and I could hear her talking really loud in the front office about me.Saying untrue statements to someone on the phone... She saw me in hallway , I asked her to stop talking about me like that, inappropriate..she tried to force me to take her phone , i said not appropriate, and I went inside the room closed the door waiting for the dr ball to come in for my appointment. I was shaking , in shock, The front desk person, had some type of a break down, acting as though she was attacked, when I was in another room, not near her at all. Last year Jennifer refused my cash coPay at one of my appointments, she then labeled me as not paying coPays, she said it in front of others at front lobby, I had a zero balance at that point.But she still refused my cash payment for the co.Pay that day. All the ladies refused to help me out and told me I wouldn't be seeing the doctor in that case. HOW RUDE!!! And signage all around the waiting area was directed to the fact that I MIGHT be charged for exams and extras and needed to sign on to that information if insurance was going to be paid. By February of this year I am almost 100% better. I also worked with Natalie the message therapist and between the two they have been a miracle in my life.
