After a few minutes, the restaurant owner or possibly the manager walked up to me and, with the most rude and condescending attitude and tone, told us that we couldn't sit there and to leave the establishment. The fact that they saw a 15-month-old with me and didn't help from the beginning and then processed to kick me out like I was an idiot to them blew my mind. I left because if you are a mom and have a hungry toddler, it takes every ounce of you to not fight but to walk away and find another place to feed your child. I did call back shortly to speak with the manager, and he totally denied what happened and said he was simply informing me that the table was "reserved" and we couldn't sit there. Well, if it was reserved, was your hostess that clueless that she actually walked up to us and brought the menus and she couldn't come and say, "Sorry, can I move you somewhere else? We have a reservation for this specific table." Needless to say, I will never return to this place.

A few minutes later a manager came on the line and apologized, said she would talk to the delivery person and issue me a refund. She said she would do it now before she forgot. Well I guess she forgot or just blew me off because no refund was issued to my card. Today, I tried to lodge an issue report on the app, but it's a AI Assistant which is simply another way to not interact with a customer. It did offer to connect me with a live agent. Why do I want a live agent? They didn't do anything for me yesterday. I like CB food, but the customer service issues at this restaurant are chronic and persistent over several visits and over several months. Embassy Suites charges $15 per day for parking. Why this cannot simply be added to the hotel bill is beyond me. After a long day of driving, I could not get the QR code to work at check-in. A staff member suggested the hotel's concrete structure was the cause. Repeated attempts to access the system were frustrating, and the employee admitted they receive frequent complaints about it. I called the number listed under the QR code and got no answer. Frustrated, I even asked to cancel my reservation. A manager eventually stepped in and manually entered my information on a hotel computer. I also dislike having to provide personal information to a third party just to park at a hotel where I am already a paying guest. Reviewing PMC's privacy policy only increased my concerns. If Hilton continues expanding these systems, it will influence where I choose to stay in the future. Aside from the parking issue, the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean and spacious with a 1990s vibe, and the property has a bar, a small gym, and cooked food on-site.
