My primary therapist is Heather Lampe, DPT, but I also give high grades to Martin and Logan (also DPTs). I am sure these folks have bad days, but they never show that to their clients/patients. They are pleasant, witty, kind and patient. They are also challenging when it is appropriate. Justin, the first person you meet, keeps the schedules organized and works to adjust the schedule to meet your needs. Heather is particularly adept at adjusting exercises to meet your needs. I know I have made the incredible progress I have since my 7/13 surgery because of A) my surgeon's skill (Dr. David Kolessar), B) the skill and personality of the therapists at Integrated Physical Therapy, and C) my own determination and commitment to my recovery.

Then, as others said, she gave me lots of exercises and printouts so I could do those exercises at home. She even video taped me doing the new exercises in her office so I could refer to them again at home. She's flexible with her schedule and always pleasant. Yes, it's one on one.....there's none of this, "go in that exercise room and do your exercises and then come out and see me", no! She stays with me all the way and guides me. She knows right where to massage and put the tools of her trade on my shoulder to help reduce the pain, which always works. This Company does none. They have a non working patient portal that you cannot access and Therapists do not follow up with home exercise instructions that you are supposed to do to help speed your recovery. Worst communication of any Medical Service provider I have ever delt with?

Don't go here if you have a complex condition, like hEDS or another hypermobility condition. At…read morethe time (this was over a year ago) I came in not yet diagnosed as hEDS, but made them aware that I was in the process and the issues I was having. My script was for whole spine PT. The person they gave me really seemed not to know what to do with that, and it seemed clear very quickly that she didn't want to deal with me. She was verbally abusive to me when I said I couldn't do certain exercises (I couldn't) or was having trouble with them. She seemed irritated or something that she couldn't just give me exercises and go. I often was overseen by a tech or another PT, the latter often giving me helpful tips bc they could see I was struggling. She didn't remember I had no at-home exercises (which I thought was weird - that I had none), and when she asked me if I was doing them, I looked at her like - what? It took several sessions before I asked where to get the stretchy bands and she goes "oh, we sell them here." Why would you not say that in the first place? I kept debating whether to just leave, but thought I'd "tough it out." Never again. The last straw was when she put me on a leg press or something and tried to start me at 50lbs. After I was still struggling with the other exercises. I said I could not do 50 lbs., and she berated me. But i did get less than that. After one day doing the press and something else new, I honestly could not move. I spent the day laying on the couch bc my back was rigid. I never went back. I cancelled my next appointment, and then got a call the day I was supposed to go wondering where I was. Wish I'd cancelled sooner.

Let me start by saying, my Dr Kathryn has been wonderful and has tremendously helpful getting me pain-free. She cares so much about her patients and their health. She is one of the most amazing individuals which I have ever met. While going there I have the pleasure of meeting another one of their therapists Dr Brandon. Although, I was not his patient I have witnessed his wonderful dedication to his patients. He has treated me as if I was his patient and always with a friendly greeting when I arrived. I can't thank the team enough for making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived until this day when I said good-bye. Following Ken's advice, she is now taking longer steps, walking at a faster pace and just feeling more confident. Dr. Ken challenges my mom without making it too difficult. She tells him when she doesn't want to do something because it is hard but we both see the progress each week. While being challenging, Dr. Ken is also compassionate.
