We needed SOS form completed due to the old type of the title. Same came on-site and reduced offered price by 1/2 based on some nonsense "findings". Then we called Easy Tow. They offered us a very fair price and had no concerns around signing of the SOS form. Max was great to deal with. He provided great communication about the process and where the driver was, and we always knew what was happening on the day of the pickup. Easy Tow deals in cash, as the company name states, which is great. The driver did run a slightly short of what was offered, but that was fixed with a quick run to a neighborhood ATM ( who wants to run around Chicago with a ton of cash these days, right? ). I cannot recommend this business and Max enough. When our second 20+ year car decided she had enough, calling Max and Easy Tow will be our first stop.

She reassured me that the removal of the tires will be taken off upon arrival to pick up the vehicle. That did not happen. They basically tried to get me in to having them deliver it to me within the next couple days. After going back and forth with the company about removing the tires same day. I waited the couple days.
