Came back to get my usual favorites on our way back to CT... and this time had to try the Angus burger... and wow. BF says it's better than McDonald's or Burger King. I placed an order online, and everything was ready in 25 minutes.

I didn't know that Jollibee existed. I always thought that Popeyes fried chicken and their batter were the best. After trying out Jollibee i changed my mind. I loved their spicy options and their batter are crispy and delicious. The food taste good after a day as well. Definitely worth coming here for more

I have been coming here for a while and I don't know why I haven't written a review before. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The first thing I'd like to mention is that I'm glad it moved to this location instead of the tight Danforth spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Second, the place is always clean and that is always a plus in my book.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The cashiers are nice. They always seem pressured to rush but they're still very nice. And the food wins. Even though people have something to say about the seasonings, or lack thereof, it's how their chicken is made and I love it ESPECIALLY with the gravy! To me, the flavor is nostalgic and I have no complaints. It's consistently good!

Undoubtedly the best fried chicken, so fresh, so juicy and moist on the inside and just the right amount of crunch on the outside. You have to try it to believe it and after you've tried it you may not be able to go back to KFC or Popeyes. You also have to try to peach mango pie. It has a fried crust and hot filling of mango and peach inside with bits of the fruits. It's so delicious my family from a 6 year old to my 75 year old mom loves it. We also love the pineapple quencher (pineapple juice plus something else) it is very refreshing. The side dishes are also very good. Must try the adobo rice. Minus one star for service. We stood where there's a sign that says online order pick up for a good 5 to 7 mins. No one asked us if we needed help and we needed to ask what to do and we were directed to wait in the regular line. Service isn't bad but not good either. This is a standalone location with a parking lot.

This was my first time trying Jollibee. I heard nothing but good things about it. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. I tried the half original , half spicy. The spicy flavored left something to be desired. It was more salty than spicy. I would try the original again. The sauce for the chicken was a big hit. The macaroni and cheese and the mashed potatoes were also awesome. The service was helpful and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the environment was clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My children dived in before I could get a good pic.

And now the Jollibee review: been on my list since moving out to North Jersey. Had never heard of the chain and the mysterious catchphrase of "chickenjoy." I am generally not a fast food person - not at my age. But I was captivated by its Philippine origins ... so as a reward for finishing my taxes I drove myself over to Jollibee. Got the two piece (spicy) with a side and pineapple juice. Dear reader, the chicken was crispy and not greasy, with a delightful kick. Fries are of the long and thin variety but similarly not greasy. The accompanying gravy was also good. Score marked down only for not getting my pineapple juice. If you are going to fried chicken, then fried chicken here.

the Pinoy comfort food. this location offer drive thru which convenient but we tend to just eat here while food is hot and fresh and plus the place is quite clean and organized. Service is good too and staff always keep the tables clean and ready for the next customer. our go to is usually the spicy chicken joy, cheese burgers and spaghetti. There is an extra kick and flavor to the spicy one but the original is good nonetheless. The skin/batter is always nice and crisp! the taste just reminds you of the Philippines that its not only the flavor we enjoy but also the nostalgia. we hardly leave here without anything to go lol

I always make it a point to stop by a jollibee every time I visit NY/NJ. This particular location even has a drive thru. The place is always kept clean and the staff is very patient even if you take a little longer to order. I always order the chicken joy, palabok, and peach mango pies. This time around I wanted to try the aloha chicken sandwich and fries as well. The chicken is definitely the star of the show. Perfectly crispy but still so very juicy. They only use dark meat in their chicken so it is extra flavorful. I've had the chicken as leftovers the next day and the skin is still crispy! The chicken always comes with a gravy to dip your chicken in and it's even tastier when you do. The palabok noodles is full of garlicky, meat sauce and it's perfect to go along with your meal. The peach mango pies are the perfect ending to your meal and it's soooo much better than a mcdonalds apple pie. The crust is so much flakier and the peach mango filling is not too sweet either. The aloha chicken sandwich was also delicious it had a great balance between the sweet and savory with a big piece of pineapple in the middle.

Can we please just sit here and ENJOY this chicken! So so good! Hands down better than Popeyes, it's juicy, spicy and just soooo good! The gravy is always good and the adobo rice is just drool worthy! I recommend the chicken, all the sides, and we tried the noodles, and it was pretty good. Not what I was expecting, but it had good flavor. They had a deal with the Peach Mango pies, so naturally we got 6. Yes 6! I have NO REGRETS EITHER!

I had a sudden urge to eat Jollibee and was so glad there was one nearby! The moment we walked in and got to the register, we were greeted by the friendly staff. He took our order and handed us a buzzer. Our food was ready after about a 10 minute wait. There is plenty of seating in the store and it is well kept and clean! The food was excellent! I loved the chicken which didnt taste as oily as other friend chicken stores. Their pies are really good too! Im not spaghetti person but theirs has a sweet taste to it which I enjoyed!

Everything is Jolly! I remember my Mc-summer I spent working in fast food many years ago. I ate a lot of French fries, chicken nuggets, fajitas, and way too many chicken sandwiches with copious amounts of mayo & lettuce on top. It was great being fed and receiving a paycheck with no worries other than what I'd do with the hard earned cash that weekend. I never forgot and definitely appreciated the labor involved to make a buck. I enjoyed that time at work with my colleagues but I don't think I was always thrilled to do certain tasks at work. Jollibee seems to buck the trend and has found a small subset of the population that really likes fast food work. For instance, I never liked cleaning up the Mc-dining area and I certainly never got on my hands and knees to clean anything, but having observed that here, during the day, not just during closing, I've got to say that's an impressive workforce. This fast food dining room was definitely clean. Placing my order and waiting for my food was without much fanfare but included some super friendly smiley faces and a genuine "Have a great day". I can't remember the last time I got that combination with my fast food order. The fried chicken is the star here, especially the spicy version, which rivals Jollibee's competitors well. I'm no fan of the Jolly Spaghetti, it's just way too sweet and I don't dig the sliced hotdogs in my spaghetti, but I'll return for that fried chicken for sure. And those super friendly smiley faces!

You've had Kentucky's fried chicken and Popeye's Louisana Kitchen, but how about fried chicken from...the Philippines? This is not your typical fast food fried chicken that sits behind the counter waiting to be served. Made to order, the meat was juicy and the skin crisp. Add a savory gravy dipping sauce to the mix and this becomes a delectable meal. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the chicken tenders. This item appears to be pre-made and thus didn't have the same level of quality as the fried chicken. Also not what one would expect from a chain fast food restaurant, spaghetti! The tomato sauce was on the sweet side along with slices of frankfurter and cheese. For dessert, the peach mango pie was hot with the filling even hotter. Somewhat reminiscent of an apple pie from McDonalds. Unlike the golden arches, sorry to all the Coca-Cola lovers, only Pepsi in this beehive. (Pro Tip: Fill out the survey printed on the receipt while you eat and enjoy a free peach mango pie as dessert.) Service was friendly and the dining room was cleaned by a dedicated staff member. Burgers, burger steaks and palabok(!) are also on the menu. If you're looking to BEE adventurous, FLY on over to Jolliebee and see what the BUZZ is about

Is this location out of spicy chicken? This is the second time I come here this month hoping to get spicy chicken and I've gotten told that they don't have it in stock...

Havent tried going there and told they ran out of spicy chicken but we've went at non-peak times though so maybe thats why. Hope you get some next time! id be disappointed too.

Do they have a parking lot?

Yes! It's in a plaza as well, so there is ample parking.

Let's start with the chicken, which was tasty and quite juicy, even the breast meat was amazingly moist. Where the problem lies is the skin, which lacked that crispy texture you want on that first bite into the chicken. It also tasted somewhat bland and boring. As a whole, it's just hard to enjoy fried chicken if the skin is not done properly. Unexpectedly, the fried catfish and shrimps were both very good. The catfish filets were way too thin and the cornmeal batter was way too thick, but the fish was super tender and quite delicious. Batter was a bit thick on the shrimp too, but the meat was fried perfectly, so bouncy and tender. I would absolutely order more of the fried seafood next time. What's Louisiana food without a gumbo? Well, the small is a nice large portion. Not much soup, but you get your fair share of rice, veggies, shrimps and sausage. Something is not right with the flavor though. It didn't have the robust flavors I experienced in New Orleans last month. Not a bad value for $5.99 though.

I was surprised, with how surprised I was at the taste and quality of food. Due to food prices rising and quality going down, I have managed to cook at home as much as I can. I usually go out, order food, pay all that money, and regret it because it wasn't satisfactory. I was really pleased with this restaurant. I went for brunch. The steak and eggs plate was more than enough. I'm not a bread fan, but the biscuit with the homemade strawberry jam was actually to die for! The biscuit was fresh, moist and soft. The jam was not too sweet and paired together they were extremely satisfying! I could've eaten the biscuit with just the eggs and still recommended this place. I did think the steak was not the best, but the chimichurri sauce on top *kinda* helps you get over it. If you're a big fan of steak, know what well cooked steak is and that's your favorite food and you need it done perfectly, you also will not like it. To add to this point precisely, generally, steak and eggs plate are on the pricy side. With how good everything else was on the plate, how much food is provided and the lower cost of this steak and eggs plate makes it well worth it! Idc, if you feel like you make the best pancakes out there, the softness of these pumpkin pancakes are simply unbeatable! I absolutely love pancakes, and these may be the best ones I have ever had. They melt in your mouth and there's not much I can say other than please try the pancakes! They offer blueberry pancakes as well, but I did not have those and can't speak on that! With the trio appetizer, I think the pita was very good. Perfect crunch, perfect softness, slightly some flavor. The dips were okay. I was expecting more flavor, but that's the fun part of being able to try a variety, some you are gonna like more than others. I think we were given more than enough pieces of pita and that was nice since we can all agree sometimes the dip to chip/bread ratio does not really match at most places. The middle salad was fresh. There was some olives (which I generally do not like) but they were not as salty as olives generally are, and it was a good appetizer of choice to get some freshness, some slight protein (from certain dips being made out of beans) and it was a great introduction to our main meals. This if my first time going to this restaurant, hopefully other things on the menu will also meet my standards of good, but for the first experience and the selection of what I chose on the menu, in the least, I say try the steak and egg plate and DEF the pumpkin pancakes (ESPECIALLY if your a fan of pumpkin like myself). I'm not someone that cares for ambiance much, but it was nice in there. Typical amount of people in there for brunch, but did not feel overcrowded or loud although the space (that I was sitting in) felt slightly small. The service was nice, but I did feel it was a bit overbearing. I don't like to be asked how I'm doing every 10 mins, but maybe some people do. Also, waited for a while trying to get the check from our waiter. Saying this for the people who care about these things, me not so much.

Then one day on IG someone was reviewing it and I saw their Chimi Sandwich. I knew I had to make my way ASAP. So on my first visit, I ordered online for a pick up of their Chimi Sandwich (not pictured). The online app was okay but could use some tweaking. As soon as I unraveled the foil and bit into this sandwich, it brought me back to my days growing up in Washington Heights eating these sandwich's at 3AM off the food trucks of Highbridg Park. Instant euphoria and was upset when it was over. A must try. On my second visit, I tried their breakfast to see if this place can be consistent. I had the Mangu con Los Tres Golpes with onions. Not a drop left on the plate. Anda much needed nap followed right after. That meal is how you start your day, but be warned....sleepiness will come right after. On my third visit, I tried their Jersey Chopped Cheese. A great sandwich but I still prefer the Chimi overall. They add potato sticks as a nice treat and the Chimi sauce (Dominican mayo/ketchup blend) comes on the side, which I like to pour over the sandwich or dip when possible. Overall my experience with this place has been nothing but extraordinary. I sat there on my last trip and there is limited seating and fun locals who are taking their lunch breaks from their strenuous jobs. They offer rice dishes with different protein similar to most Dominican restaurants. Totally worth the visit and one of my new favorite local places. And as a Latino, I appreciate the small business in a community that is very mixed raced with limited great Dominican establishments.

Very good Latin restaurant located on the Greenville section of Jersey City. Very nice inside and…read moreit has plenty of options. Today I had the chop cheese sandwich which was excellent. Have tried the Spanish food which is also great. The food tastes home made. Have also tried the empanadas which are also outstanding. They offer plenty of sandwich and breakfast items as well. I have not tried the juices but they also look very good. Service is always good and the food is done quickly. This is a family run restaurant so it's always good to support these businesses. No complaints at all.
