Haven't ordered from here in a while, but their app makes it so convenient to order again. Being able to place an order ahead of time is super helpful because this place is always packed! It saves us from having to wait forever once we arrive. The app also regularly offers really good deals like $10 off $30 or more, which makes feeding the family a lot more affordable. The Bucket Treat A is perfect for my family since it comes with 2 sides plus gravy. The adobo rice was surprisingly good and my daughter absolutely loves their spaghetti. Adding the palabok fiesta pretty much completes the meal for us. And of course, we can never skip the peach mango pie. The app has given us free ube pie offers a few times, but honestly nothing beats the peach mango pie. Still the best dessert on the menu in my opinion. Definitely a great option for a busy weekday meal when you want something quick, filling, and easy for the whole family

The Chickenjoy bucket came with three drumsticks and three thighs. Flavor wise, it tasted like an ordinary fried chicken. I did like how moist, tender, and crunchy the chicken was. The palabok was okay. The sauce felt thick and paste-like, which didn't mix well with the rice noodles. It lacked that smooth, evenly coated bite I was expecting. The chicken tender was tasty, but small for the price. They taste similar to Raising Cane's tenders, including the sauce that comes with them. Both the ube pie and peach mango pie were yummy, but also on the smaller side. Good flavors, but wish they were a bit bigger. As for the experience, there are three self order kiosks, which is convenient. Customer service was okay and the service itself was slow, considering how many employees were working. The wait time for the food took about 15 minutes. Aside from that, the restaurant was clean and there was plenty of parking available.

Chickenjoy has come a long way! The crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned pieces of enormous chicken parts have proven to become the Best Fast Food Fried Chicken in the country -twice. It just took a while for America to finally notice. This review is long overdue. Thought it'd be timely to give them praise not only for their recent award-winning Chickenjoy, but also for their upgraded technology. Love the enhanced customer experience with the self-order kiosks and the ready pick up screen. You can monitor your order being prepared... what a concept! Ha! Definitely more convenient and efficient, especially during those busy times. Lastly, I need to give a shout out to the large workforce that keeps the restaurant clean. Time for my monthly rotation. I'll have the usual... A bucket of Chickenjoy and 6 peach-mango pies for the family!

Had a very disappointing experience at the Jollibee in Milpitas. So we ordered a family bucket and a half gallon of pineapple quencher so we spent a decent amount of money and we simply asked for ice to go with the half gallon drink. One of the associates was about to give us a large cup of ice, but the manager immediately stopped him, told him to take it back, and instructed him to give us small cups instead. Watching that happen right in front of us was honestly so embarrassing. Being so stingy over ice is UNBELIEVABLE!! It's not about getting something for free--it's about basic customer service and treating customer right. The manager's behavior left a very negative impression. Instead of making customers feel great, they made us feel like asking for ice was asking too much. A little generosity and common sense would have gone a long way. VERY DISAPPOINTING MANAGEMENT. I hope Jollibee addresses this because this experience can drive customers away.

Chickenjoy, please [Milpitas CA] I've not dined in a Jollibee in a long time so we decided to have a quick dinner here while at the Great Mall in Milpitas. The line was long but it went fast. What took long was waiting for the food. They yell out your name when your order is ready but if you're seated at the dining room area you probably won't be able to hear your name when called, many folks were standing nearby including the hubby while I grabbed a table. Offering all-time favorites we ordered a combo of Chickenjoy w/ Jollibee Spaghetti. Catering to the Filipino community and Filipino-American families living in the area, Jollibee brought a familiar feeling of home. So yummy... there's always a line at Jollibee. Your best entrance to Jollibee at the Great Mall is in Entrance 1, located in Neighborhood 1 across from Starbucks. Review #3942

Visited on a busy Saturday for lunch. Parking was in the shared mall lot. The place was busy but kept clean by the staff. Our order took some time to be ready ~20 mins. Chickenjoy and Palabok were delicious and tasted the same as the original ones I've tasted in the Philippines. Just wish they has calamansi for the palabok though. Prices a bit up there. Overall, I'd give this place a 3.5/5.

    Ube Coconut Freeze
    Melinda K.

This location is the busiest since it's conveniently located inside Great Mall. Their newly installed kiosks aren't working, so I have no choice to wait in line to try their limited edition Ube Coconut Freeze and Katseye Korean BBQ fried chicken. The ube coconut freeze is refreshing with good amount of Ube. Don't recommend drinking out of a regular straw, so I have to find a boba straw to sip. Katseye Korean bbq chicken wasn't spicy as their spicy crunchy chicken, but the flavorful crispy skin goes well with a side of mashed potato. I do like the decor here, but it's challenging to find an available seat during the weekends, especially holiday shopping season.

This place was PACKED full of people. We waited 15 minutes to use self serve kiosk then another 35 minutes for food. When we ordered there were zero places to sit our family of four. But by the time food was ready we had a table. Not sure if coming on Sunday at noon was a good idea. The chicken was crispy and juicy but not much flavor. Maybe spicy has more flavor but I'm not a fan of too hot foods. Gravy has a robust chicken stock flavor that is a little over powering after a few bites. Fries were good, burgers just ok and special sauce wasn't all that special. Not too sure why people rave about it or call it best chicken chain. I wouldn't make a point of coming back but wouldn't be mad if we I had to eat here again. Just not my first choice for fried chicken.

It had been awhile since we had Jollibee's Fried Chicken. Thankfully, a friend brought it to our potluck! This was the first time, I had it with their brown gravy. Wow, that was delicious. I think I still prefer just the Fried goodness of the chicken. But, it was very flavorful with the lard-laden gravy. LOL.

Be ready to spend forever here if you go on a Saturday afternoon. The parking is very bad since it's right by the mall and we had to park all the way back by Home Depot because everyone was just circling for spots. Then the kiosks were "down" even though they looked totally fine, so it took forever to order and longer to get your order. They need a better system for the rush. It's chaotic with customers and staff rushing back and forth throughout the place. They also just give you these flimsy paper plates to use to eat. The spaghetti was the highlight though, delicious and way better than I expected for fast food. I'd give it a 7.5. The chicken was fresh and crispy but the flavor is just okay, kind of generic like the gravy. Chicken is a 7.1 for me. I would try their other items next time, like the ube pie and other pies. Heads up: You really have to budget a lot of extra time for this place.

This is a Filipino fried chicken chain store . Today is Saturday and the line is super long . Most people who lined up Filipino. The chicken is served super hot in temperature. The skin ( outside batter ) was very flavorful. The inside is tender and juicy but did not get marinated like Popeye chicken . The meat is so tender that reminds me of KFC chicken . Similar grade of chicken . Too soft , not my personal preference. Ambience is fun and family oriented.

This location has plenty of indoor seating and is located inside the Great Mall. Their chicken is always good. The chicken was fresh and crispy however, they do lag to complete your order. Ordered the classic 3 piece meal with a pineapple drink. The pineapple drink itself is worth stopping in. I wish they offered chicken breast meat as an option but they only serve dark meat, strips and sandwiches. Definitely a good place to eat while getting some shopping done.

    Connie M.

Always fast even when there's a hungry crowd of people! This shop is in the mall but has a handy external entrance. I like that I can order from one of three self serve kiosks if I don't want to wait in line. Food has always been good!

Are they opened now? I tried calling but no one picked up

    Yes they are open.

    Is it opened now?

It's open now as of March 9th!

    Are they Open yet?

    Still closed as of 12/20/2021

    Are they open for Dine-in?

They are currently not open at all.

    Is this place open?

    Still closed as of 12/12/2021

Why is it that your store website, holding message from your stores phone and your stores signs say that you are open for pick up and DoorDash service until 7pm but your door dash profile on the app says you close at 6? Can you fix this?

Is the ube pie available at this location or anywhere in San Jose?

lol. I just came across this babe

I got a 10 Pc bucket. Is it normal for it only to contain legs and thighs? What happens to the wings and breasts?

Yes, it's normal. They only put legs and thighs in buckets. I'm not even sure if they have breasts. They don't have wings for sure.

How much for a blowout tray of spaghetti?

    Around $35

Do they still have adobo rice?

    Yes

    Do they sell gift cards?

    Yes!

    Do they offer order takeout?

I think you can only order larger orders ahead of time. I haven't seen anyone pick up individual called in orders.

Did they remove their small sandwiches (spam sandwich, sausage sandwich, chicken sandwich, etc.) If so, does anyone know when exactly they removed it? I was passing by sort of quickly and glanced at their menu and couldn't see them.

Hi Tom! Yes, Jollibee marketing decided to stream line our menu so little big bites are no longer available since April of this year.

How many pieces of chickenjoy are there in a bucket? Also, can I order ahead? (Aug 2018)

There are 6 pieces of chicken per bucket! Yes, you may call in advance if you are planing to purchase several buckets!

Do they still have weekday bundles (July 2018)?

Nope, they don't advertise it. They have a bundle for $30 with chicken joy bucket, family platter spaghetti, and 4 peach mango pies

How big is the spaghetti blowout tray?

I didnt see it on the menu. Just a regular size plate.

Can i place an order ahead of time for the blowout tray for spaghetti?

    Yes. Just order by phone.

They are located next to a Ranch 99 in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. The store is small but clean and cute. There is a display case with all the chicken foot flavors, pre-packaged. The man working there was very friendly and allowed me to sample all the flavors. I tried the Thai, the spicy, and the garlic, and ended up going for the garlic (though the Thai was a close contender!) The chicken feet are cut into smaller pieces and deboned quite well. The garlic flavor is pungent and refreshing; I definitely needed mouthwash after eating it though! The flesh is crunchy and flavorful, just super super satisfying. Overall, the chicken feet here are quite well made and prepared. I think the price is a bit steep but you definitely get what you pay for. As someone who likes deboning the chicken feet myself, it did feel like I was missing that 2% to take this place to the next level. I would love for them to also offer bone-in chicken feet at a slightly lower price, I would totally go for that!

We also decided to try their barbecue sauce and honey mustard sauce. There was only one employee working, but he was very quick and very nice! I would definitely consider coming back to get more chicken and maybe even stock up on some honey mustard!
