First time trying Jollibee and was so excited to read the reviews that they had crispier skin than most other fast foods and that it was the GOAT of fast food joints. The food did not disappoint! We got the spicy bucket 10 piece leg and thigh, pineapple quencher, 5 piece chicken nuggets, spicy deluxe chicken sandwich (no tomatoes) and large fries. I ordered everything via their app, got $10 off $40 which was a very good deal. My husband went and picked the order up as it's located minutes from home. He had to wait over 10 minutes since there was a big line to pick up orders but the staff were friendly. The spicy chicken bucket wae delicious. The coating was thin and there was no mess upon eating the chicken. The juiciness and spiciness co-existed together and the taste was awesome. The srirscha mayo sauce was delicious! The pineapple quencher was pricey for the size but it was delicious! A little too sweet but enjoyable. The sandwich was beautiful! I loved it. Haven't ordered from here in a while, but their app makes it so convenient to order again. Being able to place an order ahead of time is super helpful because this place is always packed! It saves us from having to wait forever once we arrive. The app also regularly offers really good deals like $10 off $30 or more, which makes feeding the family a lot more affordable. The Bucket Treat A is perfect for my family since it comes with 2 sides plus gravy. The adobo rice was surprisingly good and my daughter absolutely loves their spaghetti. Adding the palabok fiesta pretty much completes the meal for us. And of course, we can never skip the peach mango pie. I'd like to write this review specifically for Paulynne. I attempted to make a to-go order for my family's dinner during a busy weekend at this location. I was trying to find the best deal in order to get 16 pieces of chicken, but there were no viable options available. I tried to weigh out my options in order to get the best deal, and I definitely said some things to complicate the situation even more throughout the process. But Paulynne wasn't having any of it. She strengthened and laid everything out like a genies magic carpet, which helped me narrow down my decisions to the decimal point. She chopped everything up and packaged them up before my eyes were even opened. She also offered for me to sign up for a membership, noticing that I have been a frequent customer without me even having to tell her, which gave me a $10 discount on my $60 order. I want to let the Jolibee management team know about this, but I didn't want to bother anyone because they were all super busy. The Chickenjoy bucket came with three drumsticks and three thighs. Flavor wise, it tasted like an ordinary fried chicken. I did like how moist, tender, and crunchy the chicken was. The palabok was okay. The sauce felt thick and paste-like, which didn't mix well with the rice noodles. It lacked that smooth, evenly coated bite I was expecting. The chicken tender was tasty, but small for the price. They taste similar to Raising Cane's tenders, including the sauce that comes with them. Both the ube pie and peach mango pie were yummy, but also on the smaller side. Good flavors, but wish they were a bit bigger. As for the experience, there are three self order kiosks, which is convenient. Customer service was okay and the service itself was slow, considering how many employees were working. Had a very disappointing experience at the Jollibee in Milpitas. So we ordered a family bucket and a half gallon of pineapple quencher so we spent a decent amount of money and we simply asked for ice to go with the half gallon drink. One of the associates was about to give us a large cup of ice, but the manager immediately stopped him, told him to take it back, and instructed him to give us small cups instead. Watching that happen right in front of us was honestly so embarrassing. Being so stingy over ice is UNBELIEVABLE!! It's not about getting something for free--it's about basic customer service and treating customer right. The manager's behavior left a very negative impression. Instead of making customers feel great, they made us feel like asking for ice was asking too much. A little generosity and common sense would have gone a long way. VERY DISAPPOINTING MANAGEMENT. Their newly installed kiosks aren't working, so I have no choice to wait in line to try their limited edition Ube Coconut Freeze and Katseye Korean BBQ fried chicken. The ube coconut freeze is refreshing with good amount of Ube. Don't recommend drinking out of a regular straw, so I have to find a boba straw to sip. Katseye Korean bbq chicken wasn't spicy as their spicy crunchy chicken, but the flavorful crispy skin goes well with a side of mashed potato. But by the time food was ready we had a table. Not sure if coming on Sunday at noon was a good idea. The chicken was crispy and juicy but not much flavor. Maybe spicy has more flavor but I'm not a fan of too hot foods. Gravy has a robust chicken stock flavor that is a little over powering after a few bites. Be ready to spend forever here if you go on a Saturday afternoon. The parking is very bad since it's right by the mall and we had to park all the way back by Home Depot because everyone was just circling for spots. Then the kiosks were "down" even though they looked totally fine, so it took forever to order and longer to get your order. They need a better system for the rush. It's chaotic with customers and staff rushing back and forth throughout the place. They also just give you these flimsy paper plates to use to eat. The spaghetti was the highlight though, delicious and way better than I expected for fast food. I'd give it a 7.5. tl;dr Jollibee has been hyped up for me but unfortunately disappointed. Comparable in quality to KFC or just a tad better. On a weekend afternoon, the mall was packed so the wait time was ~20 minutes for everyone's meals. The staff was upfront and polite about it, so props to them on what must have been a very busy day. My husband and I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo, the 2 pc spicy chickenjoy + 1 side combo, and 2 of the summer refreshers (pineapple and guava). My husband was still hungry after his combo and was pretty underwhelmed. I was full enough after my combo, but I felt like the oil and batter on the chicken was similar to KFC quality - very heavy and oily. The peach mango pie was a nice add on to the combo meals, but it was quite bready and really felt like fast food pie. I grew up going to a lot of Filipino potlucks - the kind that are scheduled for 5:00 but no one shows up until 6:30, but when people do arrive there is an amazing array of delicious dishes. My parents would make literally 300 pork skewers and equal number of lumpia which would be devoured before the MagicSing karaoke machine had even been plugged in. While there are plenty of restaurants around here where you can find sisig, menudo, pancit, and adobo, sometimes Jollibee is inviting. After reading a recent article in The Atlantic about Jollibee I felt compelled to make visit. We came here on a Sunday afternoon in the midst of the Christmas shopping season. Finding a place to park was the major challenge but we were luckier than many others circling the lot. The line to order was especially long when we walked in, so we elected to get our shopping done. About 1.5 hours later we returned, only to see that the line was even longer. But we were pot committed at that point. We got some Chickenjoy and a serving of the Jolly spaghetti. Because of the large volume of customers the chicken was hot (almost too hot) and crispy. The meat was moist and skin had that interesting flavor of garlic with a hint of citrus and soy (well, not quite soy) that gave it a rich and complex flavor. The spaghetti had that curious sweetness that some people might not like but I think it's a nice changeup from the more traditional Italian versions. The fries were just okay, and were unexpectedly soggy even though I assume that they were also freshly made. One quibble is that the food has gotten quite expensive. I marveled at some of the large orders that were put together - seriously, some of those must have cost over $200. It's a bit of an indulgence, but good for an occasional treat. read more

It has a spicy mayo sauce, jalapeños, tomatoes and lettuce inside. The chicken was so juicy and tender! 8/10 Highly recommend trying it out if you want a good chicken sandwich. Then I ordered my usual Jolly Spaghetti. If you're not into sweet spaghetti then this isn't for you. We also ordered 2 pcs Spicy Chickenjoy and requested for both thighs. After only five minutes, the cleaning crew and the manager began relentlessly banging on the door, demanding I leave. This isn't the first time, when I was having problems with the jollibee apps, she was the manager that was angry because it took a while for the apps to load. Juicy and crisp, but it was a little salty in my opinion, especially when I ate it with the gravy. Biscuit was okay Spaghetti was interesting.
