I got terrible food poisoning the day after eating at this place. I've never felt so sick in my life

Went here to pick up some dinner and there was only one person in line. The employee saw me come up to get my order taken however he turned around to do something and didn't greet. When he finally turned back around he took my order and I had to repeat myself three times what I want. I also asked for the shrimp tempura but got a shrimp tempura rolls instead. I waited 15 minutes but my sushi was ready and was hoping they would package or put it on the side until I got my whole order since my hands were full. They just gave it to me take and i still had my hands full. I was disappointed about my service but the food was good except I got the sushi instead. The lines are always super long but moves so quickly. Their speciality is juicy tasty freshly cooked teriyaki chicken(and other meats). Served on a bed of aromatic piping hot rice and freshly sautéed mixed veggies. I won't call it super healthy as the sauce must be loaded with sodium etc but out of all options available I think this is your best bet. Oh and it's quite cheap comparatively as well. This lays over a bed of white rice or soba noodles [for an additional cost]. Each combo also comes with a side of over cooked, finely shredded veggies. 3 stars because the whole idea is nice but I'm not a fan of dried out, burnt cuts of meats that are mixed in.
