I contacted the company after noticing a large number of their promotional signs posted throughout my neighborhood and surrounding areas during the holiday season. Because these signs were placed on utility poles and public easements near my home, I reached out to the business to ask about their advertising approach and to ask them to take their signs down. Their response was to not address the illegal posted signs and now they have taken it one step further by now hanging up window washing signs. They did not address the issue I raised in a constructive or professional way. While I understand the desire to promote services, my experience with the company's communication and approach to community impact was not positive. I hope they will consider more community-friendly advertising practices going forward.

Due to so much fearmongering, 1/2 of the houses were not illuminated and Santa sleigh was locked and closed. The house w the trains running, they shut it down yesterday. There was a dude from out of town w his car 100% illuminated, a low rider or nice sport car parked there and allowed everybody to take picture, he was so nice, he invited me in and he took pictures of me sitting in his car. It was a nice walk after a big Christmas dinner, if you want to visit, hurry, it will still be open a few more days. I'll post movies and pictures soon, I'm exhausted from all that shopping and commotion but again, this is a solid 5 stars free entertainment.

We used Christmas Brothers for a few years now, but this year was a Total catastrophic Rip-off. After leaving several messages, I finally got hold of Mark who emailed me the estimate after a couple of days. I was expecting around 50% increase this year. I was astonished when I saw the estimate. The price gone up from $1,625.00 to $7,768.95 for the exact job they have done previous years. Below are the pictures of previous and new estimates. First, I thought they send a wrong estimate, so I called and talked to Mark. After looking my old invoices, he said the prices are gone up and you did not decorate with us last year. I explain him that I lost my husband last year we were hearth broken and our businesses were lockdown end of November due to Los Angeles Covid-19 restrictions. His reply was cold and ruthless: he said, "sorry for your husband, we have a bigger warehouse and more employees now and this is our new prices". I told him I understand, I was expecting around 50% increase not 450%. He said it again you did not decorate with us last year so we cannot honor previous invoices, and this is our new prices, without thinking that I told him I lost a husband last year and I was hearth broken.
