They responded quickly and set up and appointment for Jim to visit. When Jim arrived, I explained what I wanted and he got it - no monkeying around. Within an hour, I had a quote which I promptly approved and we were off to the races. Jim gave me an install date about a week out - he had to order pavers or it may have been even faster. A week was fine though. On install day, Jim and the crew showed up and got right to work. Two days later, my vision realized, the work was complete. My backyard looks awesome! Here's what I liked about the my dealings with Earth Design: Jim was on time, great communicator, listened to what I wanted and executed the plan flawlessly. Crew was great. We opted for the MSI putting turf with fringe pet turf as we have a dog and maintenance would be easier. They were able to get us quickly scheduled and got it done in just one day. They took care of excavating the original grass, digging out a few inches of dirt, covered it with a weed prevention layer, then filled it in with gravel and leveled it out. Then they were able to install our putting green design we discussed with beautiful curved edges. We had a water drain running underneath already and they were able to connect to it to help with water drainage in case of heavy rain. Overall, we absolutely loved the end result and spend so much more time in our backyard practicing our putts and even short chipping from a nearby mat. With less maintenance and noticeably less bugs we even have movie nights here and the turf has held up well.
