hey don't take accountability for their people!! They 100% stole my neighbors tools while they were there picking up the jumper and will not return it or offer any consequences to their employees. They have been used by so many of us in this neighborhood before but let it be known they will not be recommended in our military housing group again. Look up exotics jumpers on instagram they're more affordable and they have better jumpers. read more

This company brought various jumpers and things to Ojai Day. No one was particularly friendly, but the jumpers and things were free (or paid for by the city?). The rock wall had bounce pads on either side that kids were harnessed in so they could do flips. My two young daughters waited in one of the two lines for 20+ minutes until they were 3rd and 4th in line (with probably 10 kids behind them). Just then, one of the workers came over and said "3 more kids, no more." They let one of my daughters go while my other daughter looked on in tears. The person running the pad on the other side let kids go a few minutes longer, but the guy on our side instantly deflated it as soon as my first daughter was done. In the future, I hope they cut off lines long before kids waste their time and get their hopes up and/or at least have compassion when two people are there together. read more

We have booked both jolly and magic jumpers with comparisons jolly is very responsive when you call however from the jumpers I've booked they were really don't have much life left they were very used some had ripped with tapes some you can hear air coming out they obviously have more bookings and it's time to replace these jumpers they also like to push for insurance on these jumpers although I really think these jumpers should just be trashed, they also like to pick up at their convenience a lot of times the next day so you really have work around your schedule to accommodate read more

I order the A3 Modul Combo, the picture on the website does not match what you'll see in person. It's a very very old and needs to be updated. Not worth the 225.00 and bunch of fee's (location, set up area) maybe there other slides would have been better but made due with what we had for the birthday party.
