The place is big with lots of activities. The main issue with this place is the safety. I'm constantly watching my kid, but I have to pay attention to the other kids as well. The staff lets bigger/older kids enter the toddler area where my toddler got pushed down several times on several occasions. Parents also enter the play area with their shoes on. Look, I'm a dad, men and boys who use any bathroom step on urine on the floor now imagine that plus everything else being dragged in from the outside. I rather drive an extra 10 minutes to visit the other safer and cleaner locations. There is a foot smell inside the play structure. read more

Visited Jolly Roger Friday evening around 5pm and it was pretty empty which was great ! The facility is clean and had plenty of space for parents to sit but I'm sure on the weekends it can get hectic. It was $18 for weekday unlimited play and it was open til 9pm! Lots of play structures and even a little jump area. Also a separate area for babies. I would definitely come back for my child to get his energy out. Plenty of free parking. read more

Brought my toddler to Jolly Roger land yesterday and never bringing him back. I've never been to an indoor play space this dirty This place is so filthy it made my skin crawl! Looks like the place has never been cleaned! And the whole facility smelled like bleach and feet I spotted screws on the floor, I saw bottles of bleach towards the back(easily accessible to kids), the mats around the entire place were dirty, saw food and cake on some of the equipment(there were barely any kids there so it had to be from the previous weekend) AND I stepped on something sharp and realized it was a TOE NAIL! Went here for my 2 year old niece and she loved it! Reminds me of a smaller version of discovery zone or the jungle (open in 90s). Ball pits, trampolines, open and closed slides of various heights, mini zipline, swings, crawling tunnels and fun little obstacle course for kids. Probably best for ages 2-10 in my opinion. Celebrated my daughters 4th bday party here with the $375 package that "comes" with pizza. However, when it was time for the kids the kids to eat after playing, there was no pizza. There seemed to be no sense of urgency as the workers didn't seem to care that the pizza was not on time nor did they know which pizza place it was coming from. They tried to say it was misunderstanding But how when they called to confirm the night Before. When checking us in for the party, the workers should have confirmed everything which they did not. Good thing we brought sandwiches which were supposed to be for the adults which ended up feeding everyone. I have to be honest when I write these reviews and let the public know so that it helps future visitors. My son is special needs and has with issues with loudspeakers and PA systems. My wife was unaware of this when she took my son to play at the establishment and there was nothing posted stating that for autism. Apparently, every 30 minutes they doing an announcement on the PA system. So in not even 10-13 minutes of playing, the hammer hit the floor with this loud announcement and my son started freaking out! My wife had to leave and they wouldn't even honor her payment and she was out of $21. It's not even about the money in this case, but more about the fact that it needs to be addressed for special needs kids that are on the spectrum particularly those that have issues with loudspeakers and PA systems. It needs be addressed so that these children are not blindsided. So, we were saddened to know that they wouldn't even honor her very little time there and refused give her a partial refund or anything. $21 for 10-13 minutes is not a good thing. My wife was given an email the owner Nam and that email didn't even work. Please be aware if you have a child who is sensitive to loudspeakers that this place will do announcements that you may not be ready for. read more

Lots of things to climb and crawl through, and there's a trampoline section. However, the ball section was closed, all the moving toys (vehicles) were broken/missing parts. I also question the cleanliness of this place. The children's rotating/merry go round swing is in a horribly dangerous spot in the toddler section, leaving very little room for people to get by without getting hit by a kid on a swing. My toddler and friend's toddler both got fully knocked over when other kids were on it. I wasn't impressed with the place and likely wouldn't return. read more

Wish I could like this place but it was extremely dirty. There is a toy in the little kids area, someone has posted a picture of it a year ago, that black gunk is still on it. I'm suspicious it may be mold. There's an area where balls shoot up, it was broken and non functional. The toy kitchen has a hole broken out of it on the side. It's the only way the oven door opens. The claw machine with teddies doesn't close. The claw goes down, then up, and only closes once it is over the drop off spot. There is literally no way it can pick something up. The employee watched as my family and a few others tried it back to back, it never closed. I see the person who posted a few pictures, one I've referenced, was here a year ago. It still looks exactly the same. Owners response was that it was rainy. It was not rainy today and still just as dirty. When I first came in, it smelled like cleaning solution, but there is dirt literally everywhere. It is unfortunate as the owner seems to care by the responses, but it is just truly gross. I've been here twice is three years and what a difference! The ball pit was moved to the little kid area and in the place of it was a ninja/gymnastics course. The fabric on the swings look like they were changed and there is new slide and play cafe/clinic area. When you go makes a big difference as well, the first time was a rainy Saturday in January and this recent trip was on a Friday afternoon in the summer. Definitely recommend going on a weekday if you can, pricing was lower and same with attendance. They did charge me for my 11 month old with a 20% discount but he can't walk yet so I felt like I was nickeled and dimed but the boys had a blast so I guess it was worth it. read more

There's comes a point where a manager needs to understand their customers. I understand policy is policy, and I wasn't fighting it, but my situation was poorly mishandled. My mother took my daughter here at 430 pm on 11/18 to have a good time. I work nearby and my plan was to pick her up at 530. I get here, and I mentioned I'm just here to pick up my daughter. But my daughter, and you know kids, wanted to show me what fun things she is doing. Well, I was denied entry because policy states "1 free adult". I explained to the manager, I've been here before and was granted entry just for 5 minutes just so my daughter can show off what shes doing. He was still asking for $7 so I said nevermind. My mother was pretty upset because my father has entered before without penalty. Maybe we got lucky with whoever helped us before because they were lenient. Maybe the worker who helped us wasn't a manager and didn't care for the rules? Who knows. Anyways, if policy is enforced when they feel like enforcing it, it gets confusing to the customer. The manager who helped me didn't handle it well. He could have said, "I understand. I'm sorry. Please go in but next time, it will be $7". And then I would follow suit. We don't read their online website and we were unaware of the additional adult fee. Now we are. But it's too late. We're not coming back here. To add, the manager was pretty defensive the whole time we were talking; comparing Jolly Roger to other local places and how they're more expensive and strict. Been coming here for 2 years now with three of my kids. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was because multiple toys and bikes are broken or have missing pieces that are a safety hazard (Picture). There also a few spots within the playground that have zippers which are considered non play areas. But since the zipper is broken, i see kids go in there and it's very dirty. I would just suggest cleaning it more often, fixing the zippers and replacing or getting rid of broken/ misused toys. Otherwise, The workers are very kind and friendly and seem to remembers familiar faces which is cool. It's rarely a crowded place because it's spacious which is why i like it, it hardly feels stuffy and never smells. read more

went on friday morning when they open & audrey was so nice & welcoming! we were the ONLY ones there so it made it so much fun for the kids. Very big & even a place for a 4 years and younger. i could see it being a very chaotic place if there was many kids. there are many massage chairs available for adults to use for 15 minutes. we saw audrey wiping things down & cleaning so it was sanitary in my opinion. you have to sign a waiver before getting inside & make sure you bring socks! wish the music was louder. read more

We love to come here to bring our daughter, it's the cleanest we've come to and it's the reason we continue to return. On 9/1/25, In the toddler area (where many kids crawl) at around 6:30 a group of parents came in with their kids, around 4 adults stepped in with no socks, and 1 kid as well. There is clear signs that say socks are required. The front desk worker (young female) was too busy on her phone to notice this. My almost 2 year old had such a great time at Jolly Roger Land! This place was huge compared to other indoor playgrounds I've gone to. I can truly see kids enjoying through the years as there's so much to do. We literally went from section to section and I love all the soft ground/padding. Felt very safe. Even little features like the gate at the front. Kudos to a changing table in the mens and womens bathroom! $23 for an hour of fun (how long we lasted) but it was for all day play. An adult is free with the kid and additional adult is $7. There are a few seats in front if you don't want to pay but it's worth it for both parents to see the joy of the child! There are extra rides and arcade type games you can pay extra for. You can get change there but if you have extra quarters. They are starting at 50 cents each. read more

Been here a few times, great place to come and let the kids burn off some energy. I like that there is plenty to do for various age ranges, while being small enough for kids to remain in my sight. I usually come on weekends; it can get a little crowded if there is a party going on but still manageable. There is a vending machine, fridge with cold drinks, and even massage chairs for parents(never tried tho), just to name a few amenities. There is also plenty of parking. read more

We were first to arrive on a weekday, didn't look like anyone put the toys away (car toy knocked over on the bottom of the slide, legos on the floor), there was already something sticky on my socks. Toys are old and not everyone follow the rule of no shoe, management need to enforce it for the safety of everyone. More than half of the vehicle/cart are broken for months and management refused to replace them. The area with the gun and soft ball shutdown almost all the time. I have been here more than 10 times in the last 2 years and were very excited when I see they closed for remodeling. But nothing changed much after, broken toys are still lying everywhere. read more

I booked a one hour play for my son tonight because he was doing such a great job at school and he'd saved up $10 of his allowance from helping Mom and Dad with chores and doing good deeds to pay for most of his $16 ticket himself like a big boy--the first time he was finally able to come here after he'd admired it throughout most of the epidemic from afar. We'd had a rough day and I wanted to reward him with his favorite dinner and some fun. We paid in advance via debit online after using their calendar to book a spot. Filled up our water bottles, out on his favorite new hoodie, and sat in traffic for 40 minutes to get there. Not once did we receive a call or e-mail other than the confirmation our our play time to show at the front desk when we arrive, so of course we assumed all was set. We signed the waiver they then had us sign after payment and confirmation well before we left as well, so there wouldn't be any delays. We got there and my son was so excited that he nearly rushed in the little gate to play with the other kids as they opened it, and it broke my heart to hold him back as the girl at the front desk told me they had booked a private party that night and that we could come back on Monday or have our money back. The other kids playing for the party were opening the little gate into the play area and all of their parents looked friendly and not too bothered/concerned by him being there (it's huge and there weren't very many kids playing,) but unfortunately that extra excitement of being let in the gate just lead to my little guy being completely broken when I tried to gently explain that we had to go. The girls at the desk were rude and laughing at me for being upset even though I wasn't cussing at them or yelling, just visually upset and trying to work something out as my child was bawling begging to have a chance to play. I don't blame people for wanting a private party for their kids when they've paid for it, but I also paid for a pass and received confirmation plus a waiver then received NO calls since that time or e-mails to cancel or warn us not to come because they had double booked. It's not about money, I didn't even get a refund because I was hurting watching my kid and just wanted to get him out of there and somewhere he could play to make up for it. I'm upset that the girls were literally laughing and cracking jokes as my son was bawling walking out of there and I was trying to comfort him. Literally laughing, and they started as soon as we were out the door so it's not like they had heard a funny joke or something. Talk about insult to injury. They were literally in front of the computer with the scheduling on it and paying no attention when we arrived, then claimed they had no idea we had booked. This is America in a pandemic and some people can't even find jobs, you'd think they'd be a little more thankful for their easy job and not proverbially spit on the patrons of the business by laughing while children cry and I feel helpless to fix a situation that I did everything correctly for. My guy didn't need this today, he deserves better. $16 for s heartbreak, way to teach him a lesson about working hard and it paying off. I guess it's just like that sometimes, huh? read more

There are many play places popping up in my area, which I am excited about as I have a very active toddler, so when Jolly Roger popped up on my search, I was more than willing to give it a shot. I have been to my fair share of play spaces for children and they all have their pros and cons. This one is a bit newer so the structures and toys are not completely ran down yet. This one is comparable to Jumpity Bumpity in Hayward, but I feel like it is safer and parents supervise their children more, so I definitely prefer this place even though it is pricier. Everything is newer and cleaner. I also think they have more variety for toddlers and older kids compared to other play places. There is so much to do: kitchen area, ball pit, massive play structure, toddler space, trampolines, a track, etc. Maybe it is the area, but I feel that most kids are closely monitored by parents, which creates for a safe space for all. Currently here at Jolly Roger Land and even I love this place. The children I'm babysitting love this place too and I definitely plan to bring my own daughter here soon, as I'm more than sure she will love it as well. I've seen posts about cleanliness, but I think for a place that gets as many children as it does running through here through out the day, I think the manager does a great job keeping it as nice as it is.
