The owner is one of the nicest people on earth - I had walked up to pay for it before it started (we had put down a deposit previously) and he said nah we'll just wait until it's all over it's cool. Unfortunately, while the experience itself is fun, there seems to be some inaccuracy regarding the counts of hits and shots fired. For instance, my son's score card showed that he hit 5 opponents, but fired 0 shots. The other reason for my rating is that this business repeatedly fails to honor the Passport discount stated in the Passport app. Basically, this business gets free advertising through the Passport app, while taking no steps to correct this inaccuracy. read more

Thankfully, it wasn't crowded but if it had been, the arcade could have been noisy. Couple suggestions - music in the party rooms and an area for parents to hang out. We just celebrated our little girl's birthday at Laser Tagging. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The party room was very spacious with many tables and chairs. Everyone had a seat and we had over 20 kids and at least an equal number of adults. Thank you to the wonderful staff for their help and great service. The pizza was good as well. I joined the kids for their last game of laser tag and my equipment was faulty. Trigger stopped working and the unit reset itself a couple of times and took a couple of minutes to boot back up each time. Some of the kids also came to me and informed me their laser marker wasn't working as well. Not an issue for me as long as the kids had a great time which they still did. Positives: - Nice, big area to play laser tag - Staff is friendly - Has a laser maze, which I haven't found anywhere else - Lots of parking - Reasonable prices - Seems like a good place for a young kid's party Negatives: - Went on a Saturday and there were only two staff members, so they were busy and disappeared sometimes when help was needed - Vests were not the best quality (compared to a place like LaserMaxx) - My friend's vest broke so he had to get a replacement mid-game and missed five minutes out of a fifteen minute laser tag game - Bathroom didn't have paper towels to dry my hands - Not that high-tech (ex. you don't get to chose your own payer name) - If you are an individual player and not a part of a group or birthday party you may have less people to play with and have to wait until the party before finishes. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! It's dangerous and not worth taking your kids to. Safety is NOT a priority here. My son, who is 10 years old, was hit in the face with a gun by an aggressive out of control ADULT. We had been guaranteed a private room but clearly that was not true. I told the manager and his reply was that he allowed the adults in but only for 1 minute. Clearly, all it takes is 1 minute for young kids to get hurt by full grown adults. The manager did nothing to rectify the situation. I asked that the adults who hit him be asked to leave, and the manager would not do that. Obviously money meant more to him than the safety of his young clients. BTW - the adult who hit my son, never apologized, and never came to see if he was okay. If this type of behavior is acceptable to management, then this is not a family safe environment. read more

Since my last review, this laser tag venue has changed management, and I've been pleased with the improvements. While the building is small and may lack some of the high-tech features found at larger locations, it more than makes up for it with a fun and engaging experience. I've played several times before updating my review, and I really hope this place continues to thrive. Went to a reserved kids birthday party today on 06APR2024. From when we initially reserved the party space, through the party today, the service was stellar. The party space included food for the children guests & we were allowed to bring additional food for the adult guests. The pricing was VERY reasonable. We had a party room x2 hours, one round of laser maze and two rounds of laser tag. The laser tag area is really fun for both grown ups and kids. Highly recommend. The reservation process was easy and their website provides a lot of details about the price and what is included in a birthday package. I had questions about the logistics of the party (what if we have more kids coming, when can I bring the birthday cake/food/drinks to set up etc.). It's not the first time my family went there for a birthday party. We felt good there last time about three years ago. But this time we had a bad experience here. We noticed there was some safety issue we should let others know and also wanted to draw the management's attention to make some changes for the reasons of safety of young kids. We had been guaranteed a private room, but before we finished our session in the laser tag room, the next group of adults rushed in. Then my friend's 10 years old son was hit in the face by a metal gun of an aggressive adult. When my friend told the manager and his reply was that he allowed the adults in but only for 1 minute. And the manager did nothing to rectify the situation. Sadly the adult who hit the boy never apologized, and never came to see if he was okay. Obviously the management didn't prioritize the kid's safety and had no intention to make their place be a "doing good" place. We've been so sad and disappointed to see their reaction and doing nothing to this kind of safety issue. read more

Amazing experience at Laser Tagging in Fremont! Don't let the exterior fool you the arena is double leveled, clean, and super fun for a group of 2 to a group of 20+. We hosted an birthday party here and it was an absolute blast. Mr. Gill was unbelievably accommodating to my random requests and truly made it an event to remember. The venue has 3 large party rooms each can host 30+ people with chairs and table cloths. Because there were no other parties on that day, Gill let me in early to decorate the space with streamers and paper decorations. He has carts onsite to help with loading and unloading things to the car and large party size trash cans and recycling bins for the party and clean up. This was a surprise party and Gill let us hide in the briefing room to do the grand surprise. It was awesome! We hosted a party of 20 adults and had the best time. They have party packages for pizza and laser tagging, but I opted to cater some burgers and fries from the local in-n-out. Gill was with me the whole way and even opened late to accommodate my party. We hosted my son's 10th birthday here on Sunday March 17. They were very busy and we arrived early. They were so accommodating and got us into our room as soon as they could. Though they were busy I always felt like we had our party needs met and they were so accommodating to the changes we made the schedule throughout the event. I love the fact that I was able to bring in my own cake and chips to go along with the pizza. The pizza tasted good and the drink selection worked for our group. We went here on the thanksgiving weekend and it was relatively quiet. Other than our party of 8, there were 4 other kids and the arena was just the right size for 12 people. They have a few arcade games in their lobby and the little kids in our party enjoyed it very much. The people working the place that day were welcoming and courteous.
