I do want to say the sales rep who called me after was pleasant and she's going to request his supervisors information. I'm hoping to receive it this week. The list of unavailable URLs grows almost daily. This is getting stupid. They say they "have a ticket for this issue" but never have any news. It feels very much like Topsham Telephone is getting ready to close their doors and their employees know it, so nothing is getting done. If that's the case, it won't be long before many of my neighbors have no phone or Internet service at all - not even with cellphones, since we don't have any cell service here.
