So he said I can get you down to $140 l said great I'll do it. I trusted him so l was curious to see my bill a few month later and it's more than I paid monthly with ATT! which is way over $200. Hmm is Tmobile or the person that set me up a fraud? If I knew I would have stick with ATT. I lost 663.23 because of activation fees and they only paid for 2 of my phone and not my watch. If I were to stay with ATT I could use that 600 to payoff my 3rd line and my bill would have been 140. Do not switch to Tmobile my advice is to stay with your current provider or find a not top big 3 provider like ATT, Tmobile or Verizon they're all rip off!!!!

Connectivity is inconsistent and it takes days to get anyone out to fix issues. I feel like the month of December has been nothing but outage notifications. Also, don't depend on the WiFi working in the house! I had to purchase Ethernet cables to plug into the router for any computer to stay connected after upgrading o the $100 plan. And yes, we do have network extenders but even those can't connect most of the time. Shop around for something else before committing to this provider.

After multiple complaints, they finally sent a technician out -- only to tell me there was "nothing they could do" and blamed my equipment. The problem? The equipment was actually old CenturyLink equipment that Quantum inherited after acquiring CenturyLink. Even more frustrating, a Quantum representative who came door-to-door promised the equipment would be replaced when the technician visited. I finally cancelled and switched to Xfinity. Now I'm paying $10 less per month, getting free Peacock included, and consistently seeing over 1 Gbps speeds with no issues. Very disappointing experience with Quantum Fiber -- poor troubleshooting, finger-pointing, and no accountability.

Then sales calls trying to offer me a $50 credit for breaking the HDMI port! Seriously? I want to file a formal complaint against Ronald TROYER!! I do want to say the sales rep who called me after was pleasant and she's going to request his supervisors information. I'm hoping to receive it this week. I wish I would've known about all the better business bureau complaints before going with the company! Day one of service and it's already a nightmare!
