( apparently it's their policy not to give out names, only initials.) never encountered that before, EVER! Anyway, K.O. Said that he would NOT give me a store credit or return my purchase, "it's just store policy". Ok? Where is that posted ???? Umm, No where !!! I then went to 2 separate dry cleaners to ask how much a zipper repair would be, "$30-35.00", I was told. I paid 29.99 for the jacket & the repair was more than price I paid for jacket, not doing that! I tried to contact AAO corporate office but they don't have a telephone number !!! WOW !!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Their clothing is poorly made & THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS !!!!! There are so many good finds. the prices are fair. The items are mostly Preowned consignment-type designer threads and accessories. They put all of their items through a 3rd party authentication service before they put them out on their shelves.
