I had Jon Wu worked on my visa but unfortunately I was very disappointed in his service. He charged more money than average lawyer would charge and I thought that was because of his extraordinary service and experience so I agreed to go with him. He asked me to do all the research by myself and I had to do the essays by myself as well. He told me I would have to pay more if he has to hire someone to do the research. So I did all the stuff he asked me and all he did was just to file it. Two weeks later, the immigration sent a letter with a bunch of questions and my visa was not approved. So I went to hire another lawyer, and this new lawyer that I had did EVERYTHING for me. I wasn't asked to do research or wrote an essay. They did those all for me. They communicated with the right people and got all the information and I only had to submit paperwork that I have with me. A couple weeks later, my visa was approved. I felt like I was taken advantage of by Jon Wu's office. Not only he charged me a lot more than my other lawyer charged, but he also made me do stuff that he was supposed to do as a lawyer which explained why my visa came back with a bunch of questions. Jon Wu has a nice personality, but he was also very hard to reach and doesn't respond to my e-mail as often as he should be. Update : I've finally got my citizenship. I had asked Jon to come with me on the day of the interview. TL;DR - Jon provides you 5 star services hence he deserves a 5 star Thank You. I started my attorney hunt in San Mateo area for my US naturlization process (and eventually for a Fiancee visa) back in December last year. I do not want to call out that lawyer but I visited an attorney in San Mateo with 4.5 star rating and plenty of yelp reviews but towards the end of the meeting, I had paid $200 for a visit and I literally didn't hear anything I didn't know. Above all, the meeting was rushed and he/she had no desire to explain me in details. Then I came across Jon Wu. I called him and explained my situation and he immediately briefed me the overall process and invited me to his office. The best of all - he didn't even ask for a consulting fee. When we met at his office, he took time to listen to my situation. He then walked me through the entire naturalization process and gave me the list of documents I need.
