As soon as I told the woman on the phone his name (Taiwanese), she said that he did not have their insurance without even checking. This struck me as extremely racist. I asked how she just knew immediately that he was not a customer, or if he was not registered at the Laguna Beach location. She asked what his policy number was, and I asked if it would be on the statement I had just received, to which she rudely responded, "I don't know what you're looking at." After experiencing such rude customer service, I ended the call. A few minutes later, polar opposite difference! She called my number back, became helpful, and finally told me her name.
