    If you're looking for a new medical office for a hand specialist? Let me tell you I would not come here or recommend it. I personally haven't had to be a patient but looking from the outside in and based off how my girlfriend has been treated through her 2 visits I wouldn't recommended at all unless you have half a day to waste. The staff overbooks patients then blames it on the doctor being behind. We showed up for her first visit on time and we had to fill out paperwork which is understandable but upon finishing the paperwork we were still met with a wait time of up to an hour when we were the first in the door and to sign in. While turning the paperwork in we had informed the front desk if we should authorize my girlfriends attorney to be able to send any paperwork and notes to them and the front desk told us it wasn't necessary that we would be able to do it later, well later came and we called to see if it was possible to email them the paperwork/notes but they said they weren't allowed to. We asked if possible to send to her personal email and we were met with that my own girlfriend wasn't able to get her own records. So upon the next visit we came 20 minutes early to the appointment not being the last to check in but ended up being the last ones to be called, due to them taking other patients ahead due to them "not being able to wait" or "due to other plans". My girlfriend then tried to get her notes from the previous appointment and the new appointment yet they said they wouldn't be ready for 24 hrs so she asked if they could email but said no that they wouldn't be able that she'd have to come in, but my girlfriend cannot drive or move her right hand due to the doctors orders. They also wrote down in the notes that my girlfriend was unprofessional and had an attitude which was just frustration due to the way she was being treated and handled. Lastly Dr.Oheb is a bad doctor and human threatening my girlfriend to take down an honest review saying that he won't see her again and that her insurance is charity work. Would never recommended to my worst enemy that's how shitty this office is.

    Had surgery yesterday evening and although a bit stressful, Dr. Oheb and his surgery team made the experience seamless and easy to handle. I felt SO comfortable with Dr.Oheb as a surgeon, that I actually felt relatively relaxed. I now firmly believe that I couldn't have made a better choice on surgeons!     This doctor is perfectly fine with his medical practice running like this and his patients being treated with so little respect by the obnoxious staff members. I arrived on time for my first appointment and was kept over two hours. The last 30 minutes or so I was just waiting alone in the exam room. They dump you in there and just leave you. Meantime, it sounds like the staff are having a party outside, showing total unprofessionalism and disrespect to the patients. I was there to see Dr. Oheb to discuss surgery on my extremely numb and painful hands. Finally, after the long wait, Ben came in and apologized most profusely for the long day and saying how angry it makes him when they overbook like this. He examined my hands and I explained my history and how important it was to get the carpal tunnel surgery ASAP (I was previously seeing another hand surgeon and was just about to get the surgery done at the end of last year when my insurance company left CA) It had taken weeks to get this appointment. I asked for cortisone shots in both wrists and was told NO because that would have to wait for authorization. I asked where the doctor was, and he said oh he's out of town you're seeing me. No-one told me that I wouldn't be seeing him and apparently only the Doctor himself can set the ball rolling on surgery, so this was a wasted trip. I would have to come back the following week. Ben asked me to come up to the front desk with him and in front of me he instructed the receptionists that I was to be scheduled for next week with Dr. Oheb to discuss surgery and cortisone shots. He instructed them that when I arrive next week, I must be shown in straight away and not be kept waiting. He would take the heat for it, and they were to mark it on my chart. By the time I finally got out of there it was past closing time. This parking lot has paid parking and a barrier. It does NOT take credit cards and you must have cash - up to $10.00. Of course, Dr. Oheb doesn't validate. I asked the receptionist where the ATM was, and she said downstairs. When I was downstairs, there was no ATM. So, I stepped out of the building and could not see an ATM. I tried to go back into the building and the sliding doors were now locked as they had kept me so long the building was closed. Then I saw a pharmacy with an ATM sign, so I walked over to it, and it was also closed with the ATM inside! I was basically locked with my car inside this parking lot. So, I drove to the barrier, hoping to find some help and was hugely relieved to find the barrier was up and I was able to get out. It was a very traumatic experience caused by the inept staff of Dr. Oheb. Despite my better judgment, I returned yesterday for my 11.15 a.m. appointment. I arrived on time (just like before) and signed in and sat right in front of the receptionist's desk. The waiting room was quite full. I inquired and they said "yes you are checked in." After waiting for some time, I saw Ben walk past behind the counter and I waved to him. He came out to see me and said I remember you let me check what is happening. I saw him go up to one of the employees and I heard her say to him we have 5-6 patients ahead of her and she doesn't get to go first. Ben then walked sheepishly away without looking at me. After about an hour I asked one of the receptionists why were they running so late again and she came up with "because we were dealing with a lot of traumas this morning." What is this now an ER? Don't insult my intelligence. I was getting ready to give up and leave, but I had been assured a pain shot in one hand and I'd already waited this long. I asked an employee and she said there are still three people ahead of you, it will be about 45 minutes. I waited (the photo here is the empty waiting room). They deliberately made me the very last person to get called in. I guess that will teach me for expecting to go in when I arrived on time! I was now alone in the waiting room. And yet I still waited, and now the afternoon crowd of patients started to file in. I'd gone through the lunch break. Finally, I was called in and Ben came in and said how he was boiling mad! (blah blah blah). I asked about getting two cortisone shots but was told that I could have only one due to being exposed to the risk of raising blood sugar!!!! Then someone else dropped by and put this needle etc. (see picture) on the exam bed. Finally, after a total of more than a 2 hour wait, Dr Oheb graced me with his presence. Told me he would do one shot only, but then not the another one for 8 weeks! I went ahead with the one shot! Both Ben and Dr. Oheb were happy to tell me to feel free to go elsewhere if I'm not happy. Seems they must say that a lot! BTW - shot didn't work, symptoms persist! And the cost of the parking was the full $10.00! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

    I don't understand how when they see so many bad reviews they are still just as slow. Recommendation do not come to this place, it is garbage.

    Slow customer service , Poor billing department serivce not a good experience at all, do Hot yoga much cheaper and better to your injury.

    If you want to wait close to 2 hours after your appt time to get seen then come here. A bunch of crap. This is NOT ok.

    Dr. Rozansky is quite possibly the funniest and most impressionable doctors I've ever encountered…read more We first met in the ER of Northridge Medical Hospital, and even at that point she was able to both impress me with her professionalism and address all of my concerns; as well as humor and ability to diffuse a stressful situation. Her bedside manner is everything I could hope for in a medical professional. My son had some pretty serious injuries which required multiple casts, so we were (unfortunately) frequent visitors of her office. The waiting room includes some vintage arcade games, which are working (most of the time) and FREE. The technicians in the office are extremely nice, explaining what they're about to do and allowing kids to feel completely comfortable before they start the saw. Dr. Rozansky really understands children and explains to them what she is seeing from the X-rays and examination. She asks both children and parents if they have any questions and she provides answers easy to comprehend without any hint of condescension or impatience. I really felt like my son was being treated by the best doctor available. We're definitely not hoping to become patients again, however we loved our experience with Dr. Rozansky.

I couldn't find a legit name for them here on Yelp but this address and phone number matched up exactly so here's my experience. The front desk guy was RUDE! With a know it all attitude right off the bat! I proceed to make my long story short and explain that my son needs to be seen and was referred by his pediatrician. I also explain that he was seen by another doctor but wanted to take him here for a "second opinion" sort of speak. The front desk guy immediately says they don't do second opinions that none of the doctors do as if he's getting paid to say that lol! As if the facility is his. Lol as if he's the one giving the second opinion. I thought that was comical. Anyway, he proceeds to put me on hold and then says sorry no you already received treatment with another doctor. I explain and say, "no my son has not received treatment with anyone he has had nothing but an x-ray. " Again he's short and says, none of the doctors here will do a second opinion. Maybe it's a blessing that my son wasn't scheduled here because I can't imagine dealing with that front desk. From what I'm reading here other reviews say the same. Probably dodged a major bullet and if the doctors are good but front staff is bad that sucks for the doctors.

I had…read moreto keep calling twice a day to ask if I had a new surgeon and Kayt being told I would be notified. I wasn't. I had to keep calling every single day. That's after waiting for six weeks, which, for a bicep tear is on the outside of when it should be affective. Now as a result of delay after delay and excuse after excuse, instead of having a small 2 inch scar I have a giant, Frankenstein looking scar in the middle of my arm. Now, three months later, I'm trying to do my follow up post-op appointment. And for the second week in a row, it was canceled. The second time, they didn't even bother to notify me so I had to drive all the way out there only to find a waiting room full of people, all, asking the same questions: where the hell is the doctor? The excuse was, he had an emergency surgery in the morning. But this was 3:30 in the afternoon and they still didn't bother to call any of us. Everyone there is very polite, and always apologetic, which they wouldn't need to do if they actually just did their job (you know, like actually notifying patients when the doctor isn't even there and needs to cancel.). So, if this is your only option, then I guess you have to take it. But their communication is absolutely terrible. NOT RECOMMENDED.
