Last month, I was involved in a minor fender bender. While driving through an intersection, the car traveling parallel to mine (literally right next to me) changed lanes into the right side of my car. Turns out the driver-at-fault only had a learner's permit. Minor damage was visible on the right side of my car and there was noticeable separation where the front bumper meets the side fender. It turned out that the side fender shifted just a bit toward the passenger door and it was discovered that the door and the fender started to rub against each other. Whenever I opened the passenger door, it made a loud rubbing/bending type of sound which was none too pleasant. I brought my car into Jonathan's Body Shop to get it checked out for a price quote and met with a gentleman named Janeiro. I knew beforehand of Jonathan's being a GEICO-authorized body shop which, to me, lends some credibility regarding their work. That being said, Jonathan's likely won't be the lowest price quote you'll find in the area. But, I wanted the job done right since the driver-at-fault was paying for the damages. Janeiro advised me of his recommendations to 1) fix the scratches by using the same factory paint that he was able to acquire 2) replace a couple of the plastic pieces on the fender around the wheel 3) adjust the side fender away from the passenger door to prevent the rubbing. I took a couple of days to decide, but ultimately went along with Janeiro's quote and I must say that the process went pretty smoothly. I turned my car in on a Thursday and picked it up the very next day which was nice because they're normally pretty busy. In the end, I was very pleased with the work that Jonathan's Body Shop performed on my car. Honestly, it now looks like nothing ever happened to it in the first place. And the passenger door opens perfectly fine without a sound. I ended up having to come back to Jonathan's that same Friday after I picked it up because they forgot to reconnect my front turning signal lights which I guess had been disconnected when they performed the work. They told me to bring it back in and they reconnected the lights while I waited a few minutes. Overall, I recommend this place if you want quality body work done on your vehicle. Again, they won't be the cheapest, but it's rather reasonable. read more

Take your Tesla somewhere else. They advertise themselves as "Tesla Certified", charge you a diagnostic fee yet fail to do a Tesla diagnostic. Any body shop could've provided the same information they provided for the diagnostic fee. read more

Dont even waste your time with these people, terrible service the amount of time it took for them to do a simple job is BAFFLING. I was left over 2 months with no car and the dumb excuse of "your piece is being back ordered" THEN they started saying there were other damages as if like im not the one who wrecked and knew what was up with my own car. I had a very good experience with these folks. The work involved replacing front bumper, grille, headlight and the hood plus front quarterpanel had a gap. Angel the manager made a quick assessment, to see whether cosmetic or mech/elec damage, then a detailed assessment the next day, followed by an estimate. It ws on the pricier side, but the work was thoroughly done. In the end, one couldn't make out that the car had ever been damaged. Whats more, they also cleaned the entire car inside, tire shine and agreed to expedite the work from 9 to 7 days so that i could go back to school. The office staff were also very pleasant, offering coffee, like a family atmosphere, relaxed. They gave a call saying thats the car is ready, we paid, and drove off. Usually folks leave reviews after bad experiences, but I feel its fair to mention my good experience with them. read more

I took my car here to get the right bumper fixed, the right headlight, and the right side view mirror fixed. I came here because I got into an accident and my insurance company sent me a check to bring my car here. When I got my car out of the shop I noticed my car had a few electrical problems and they had switched out a couple of things from the door panel. They changed out a bunch of parts and even stole the Toyota emblem from my engine. They changed the Toyota floor lighting emblem when I open the door at night it would light up the floor with the Toyota emblem.. now it looks blurry and different. Even the a/c is blowing warm air ever since I got it out of their shop. They swapped out a bunch of my parts and even stole some of my stuff. They stole an Adidas hat and a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses that I had left in the car as well. They are robbers and I would not recommend. Be very careful taking your car here. Took 2 weeks for them to finally touch my car after dropping it off. When they gave it back to me, my gas tank was completely Empty, my AC had been set to Max, there are large scratches on one of my doors that they claim they didn't know about & all my radio stations had been reset to mostly Latin stations. I don't know if they took my car out for a joyride while it was Waiting to be fixed or if they thought it to be "acceptable" to mess with my car without my consent. I took it there to be fixed quickly & be on my way, but instead I had to wait almost a month to get my car back. On top of all of that, I had a reservation through my insurance to acquire a rental sedan from them. It was confirmed. However, upon arrival, they had nothing to offer me except an expensive pickup truck that was not part of the deal, so I would have had to pay extra for it. They actually tried to hustle me. I would Never recommend this place to anyone. Use at your own risk! read more
