I took it Touch of Class and couldn't even get them to give me an estimate. I found Y&H through the magic of Yelp and got a quote from them based off of pictures. When I dropped the car off for the work, Angel suggested some additional work that I agreed to because the pricing was great. I received photos from Angel while the car was being worked on, putting my mind at ease that I would get my car back on time. It took one week to hammer out the dents, completely paint the car, change out the brake pads, clean the engine and detail the interior! That's it, just one week! When I went to get the car, it looked brand new! I was so nervous driving it home, LOL! Bonus - the Uber driver that dropped me off there needed body work, so Angel was able to give her an estimate right then and there! The body work and paint job cost $2,000, and the brake pads, engine cleaning and interior detailing was an additional $360. I thought this was a bargain for very high quality, FAST work! After getting a claim together with the other person's insurance, I had the chance to pick any body shop I wanted but saw they had a list of "preferred shops" in Miami. Testarosa was one of them. To make things move quicker, I went with them. I dropped off my car and Betty at the front desk inspected my car. I pointed out some minor scuffs and paint chips I wanted them to take care of in addition to the crash repair (I would pay). They worked with the insurance to get a supplement and I got my car within a week. Betty would call me every couple of days to keep me informed and I got the car earlier than she had estimated! Because I had a…read morevery bad experience in this place, the service is very bad and they only care about money, they had my car for almost 21 days, and when they delivered it to me, they had put pieces of a different color to my car, they had changed the camera system of my mirror and they did not even configure it or checked if it worked correctly. I had to return the car and after several days I called them and they told me that It was ready and they hadn't painted the piece, then, in the afternoon they told me they had not painted it because they wanted my insurance to pay them again for the work they does wrong.
