Next level disappointed. The finance manager at the jones used lot forgot to add in our retirement letter so it caused a big scare when we started receiving emails that funding could be denied. That was not cool at all. They ignored me after and instead contacted me 86 year old mother so they didn't have to speak to me. That is not okay and almost feels like we were scammed upon. BEWARE OF THE REPAIR DEPT. I was stranded in Savannah, Tn, my Range Rover overheating 3-14-21...... they replaced water pump $$$$ and 10 min down road it was overheating again called and they said light sticks sometimes. However, it kept coming on, and clearly it was overheating and they finally agreed to come tow it again.... then they charged another $1,000 for thermostat and replaced faulty water pump. Then before we went down to get it they said still not fixed. said had to order a hose. 4 days later on the promised day 3-26-21 they said still not fixed..... I was told and warned by many after first towed it to this company. I should have towed back to Memphis. Now I have to go out of town for a week with no car????????? Company's delivery driver backed into my neighbor's mailbox upon delivering a purchased vehicle. Company will not reimburse for damages. On 8/6/2020, we had a truck delivered by Jones Motor Company to our home. Upon arrival, the delivery driver backed into my neighbor's mailbox while attempting to deliver the vehicle to her address incorrectly. The mailbox was so damaged that it had to be replaced entirely. The driver acknowledged his mistake and advised us to contact the office so they could pay for the damages to the mailbox. He was kind enough and assured us that they would take care of the damages.The truck had to be returned to fix the tailgate that was damaged in the accident. Our sales rep, Cayla, was notified immediately. She was apologetic and asked for receipts once we were able to replace the mailbox so that we could be reimbursed. Once we were able to order and receive a new HOA approved mailbox and have it installed, we sent receipts to Cayla. She responded stating that she felt the charges were too high and would not pay for them in full. Her argument was, "no one should charge that much to install a mailbox." If they needed that much say in the cost, then they should have came out and did the work themselves. Apparently they are only mailbox installers when it comes to determining the cost of the supplies & labor. Perhaps they should arrive at the correct address and don't hit mailboxes while doing it. Cayla said they would only pay 25% of the install. Their delivery guy ruined someone else's property and they are refusing to pay for damages. read more

TERRIBLE!!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY ARE AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT GIVES CAR DEALERSHIPS A BAD NAME!! Began trying to by a truck with them on Dec 15 of 2021. It was one lie after another. Sent $2500 down payment. Truck wasn't ready to sell. Week after week still not ready. No communication unless I called. When I did call I was treated rudely as though it was my fault the truck wasn't ready for delivery. I was lied to again and again. Always going to be the next Friday. No one there will tell you the truth. After 3 weeks I just wanted my money back. Was lied to again on Jan 11th that the money will be refunded. it is now Jan 22 still no refund. We were treated like an after thought. The vechs. were NOTHING like discribed on line. It took 60 days, several emails and 8 phone calls to get our paperwork sent to our DMV. DO NOT GO to JONES MOTOR COMPANY in Savannah, Humbolt, and Mid-South Tennessee to buy a new vehicle unless you want holes drilled into your front bumper. JONES wants to advertise with your money after you buy a vehicle and ruin your front bumper. They WILL NOT return your calls and are only worried about their next possible sale by screwing their plate into the front of your brand new car. When I signed my contract for my new Nissan, there was NOT a front tag on the SUV. I paid for a hitch to be added and when I got my SUV, I now have a front tag that I did not ask for. When I removed the tag, because I personally don't like them, and the state of TN does not require them, I have two HUGE holes drilled into my front bumper and scratches all around. Do not do Business with these people!!! I Placed a vehicle on "hold" with them being a couple hours away until I could come look at it. DEAN told me if I didn't want the vehicle the money would be returned to my card and that was it. No terms, stipulations, or even receipts exchanged in regards to my $500 (I didnt even get a confirmation email) . When I called to ask for the money to be returned DEAN made up and excuse about waiting for someone to get in and had a manager I believe his name was Dave call me and say no thats not how it works we would just transfer it to another vehicle?!!!! Apparently the hold meant I signed some sort of invisible contract and was not going to get my money back. The last part of our conversation was him telling me he wouldn't be returning my $500 and if there was anything else he could help me with... I am SO glad I ended up not doing business here. I cant even wrap my head around how a business can take some ones money like that. This experience should tell you all you need to know about the kind of people your are going to be potentially making a large investment of your hard earned money with. Don't do it. I've now bought my third vehicle from Jones in past several years and have gotten the best price, found was I was looking for and have had no issues or problems what so ever. They did what ever they said, like they said. I haven't needed any repairs so can't say. One brand new Nissan didn't have the factory jack in it of which I noticed several days later. They brought it to Jackson from Savannah and put it in my truck !! Recently I asked for a complete detail in the purchase to buff off couple little scratches and such but didn't want to come back to Savannah since I live in Medina. They agreed and later in the week, sent someone to my house, picked it up, detailed it and brought it back to my house. read more
