Six days after contacting Jones Notary by phone and leaving a voice message detailing my need for a mobile notary .... total silence! I think it's likely this company no longer provides service in Central Illinois. I base this on the fact their phone number is in Missouri and the 2 other reviews here on Yelp are from 3 years ago. That said, if I take the time and effort to seek out your business and leave a message, at least have the courtesy to call back and say you no longer work in my area. It's just common courtesy, to be honest, but the world seems to be in short supply of that these days. read more
