Course…read morewas in horrible condition minus the greens, the trees are overgrown on to the fairways to where you couldn't hit the ball at a normal height on about half of any given hole, the grass needed cut, the dining areas have not been updated since the 1990s, and the staff was pretentious. The golf carts were outdated and poorly maintained. During the banquet reception, the speakers' microphones kept going in and out. Nobody cared to step up and replace them. I was embarrassed for the club. It was sloppy. I would have been extremely mad had I paid to play that course. Luckily I didn't have to pay because it was a company sponsored event. Right now, I'd question playing this course again even if I got to play for free. I think I'll just stick with playing at my club and save the drive. The place needs new ownership and management. They just need to start from scratch.

Unfortunately, the timing of the food really hurt the experience. Our appetizers didn't come out until about 45 minutes after ordering, and our entrees arrived an hour and a half after we were seated. By the time our dinners came out, we were the last table left in the restaurant. To make things more frustrating, the meals were brought out in two separate rounds about 10 minutes apart. When the second round finally came, we ended up asking for boxes and the check right away. The food itself was absolutely delicious, and our waitress did everything she could to take care of us. That's why we're giving 3 stars. But waiting an hour and a half for dinner -- especially when the restaurant wasn't very busy -- is just not acceptable. Rolling Hills Heritage Farm raises cattle and hogs. The cattle are grass-fed, and the hogs are…read morepasture-fed. The farm does not feed grain, give hormones, or give antibiotics. The farm sells their meats in both bulk as well as smaller packages. Specific types of beef include filet mignon, NY strip, delmonico, porterhouse, t-bone, sirloin, flank, brisket, hamburger patties, etcetera. Pork is available as sausage, ribs, ham, pork chops, bacon, etcetera. Through the website Market Wagon, I have purchased this farm's cube steak and sirloin steak. The meats were very fresh. I thought that the quality was good, but so far I prefer other local farms' meats. In the future, I might try more meats from this farm, and I will be sure to update my review.
